First time ever using this company and I have no complaints!! They get 10 stars from, starting with the live chat to the Tech who came out! Andrew Reid was excellent!! He called me and arrived earlier than the scheduled appt time, which was fine since I was already home. He was very professional and courteous! He had no problem explaining things. Am VERY satisfied with his service!! Thank you so much!!!

We had our heater go out and our thermostat go blank. I called the 24 hour line and was able to get someone out to our house in about 90 minutes. Shane was excellent, he called before he came to already start diagnosing the problem. When he got there he was quickly able to get things up and running again, but he was very thorough and spent a lot of extra time trying to diagnose any outstanding issues. I was very impressed.

Install was on time. Crew of 3 was very professional & cleaned up when finished. Everything works well. Installed dual fuel heat pump and heat pump water heater

Our technician Chris did a great job servicing our heating system. He was very thorough and was detailed in his explanation of the service and how our equipment was performing. We have used Burns and McBride for over 25 years and we look forward to them returning to service our AC unit.

Andrew came to my house, quickly investigated the issue with the air conditioner and identified a solution. We went from no air earlier today to a nice cool home again! He was awesome!

Jack was excellent and reviewed his findings so we could understand. This was our first annual maintenance on A/C. Glad we signed up with them.

We had Burns & McBride install a new HVAC system in August last year. In April this year, the AC stopped working. I called them out to work on it and the tech first showed up at the wrong address. He called me and gave me a hard time because he went to the wrong location. his attitude was annoying, but I figured we needed the system worked on. While working on it, he found the condenser was shot. He then started to lecture me on scheduling maintenance. Their company installed the brand new unit 8 months ago! When they came to repair it 3 weeks later they showed up late for the job. We are a doctors office and they went to the back door and started pounding on the door until I came to open it. Instead of greeting me the one tech just said "where is your thermostat?" I will not be using this company again as they are unprofessional and the quality of the work seems shoddy. Don't waste your money here.

EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNER:
The tech was not apologetic. He said "Why would you give us the wrong address" He also did not show up to the other address on file but rather to a shopping center down the road. It is true that the unit was replaced at no cost, but that is a minimum expectation as it was installed faulty to begin with. It also does not excuse the general disrespect that the technicians showed throughout the process. Very disappointed in this company especially that instead of apologizing they try to justify their poor service. I highly recommend Michaels Heating and Air for both great service and quality workmanship.

Çhis did a fine job. Arrived a bit early after calling to notify us. Thorough inspection and cleaning of both our units. Suggested installation of addition equipment (surge protectors).

Burns & McBride did a stellar job removing a 20+ year old oil furnace and replacing with a new oil furnace to provide emergency heat for the new heat pump system! Would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs! They also installed a heat pump water heater that is so efficient it doesn't even register on the EPA scale on the unit!
