Burns & McBride Home Comfort

We have had a contract for over 25 years with Burns and McBride. They are an excellent company to work with especially for this particular service call

The entire team, from sales to installation, was great to work with. The two Jeffs, Shawn and Oscar and a tactical reinforcement group sent in to speed things along (all amazingly skilled and attentive) came up with great creative ideas to custom fit my new multi-zone mini-split system to this old house, very quickly and with nary a hitch. It's a great upgrade!

Mr. Gorman called to say he was on his way, early which pleased us greatly! He had a young man Ryan with him to which he explained he was training. They both were courteous, professional, clean and very focused on their job at hand. Spoke with my husband explaining every detail of what they were checking/inspecting and their findings. Mr. Gorman is definitely an asset to your company and we were very happy with the whole service appointment.

Technician arrived on time and very friendly and knowledgeable.

New hot water heater put in. As always, they are on time. Andrew did a great job. Removed the old everything neat and clean when he left. Highly recommend Burns and McBride.

They replaced my water heater tank.. they do great job.. as always, 7 yeas ago instal my AC Heater system.. and very happy still.

My heater kicked off yesterday and I called for service ( I have a yearly contract) Ryan Mallee came out and troubleshooted my problem and also inspected the entire system. He was courteous, professional and a pleasure to deal with. They say if you have a bad experience you will tell 100 people and a good experience only 10 people so I wanted to put this out! Thanks for living up to my expectations and going above and beyond.

Oscar and Shawn (hope I’m spelling that correctly my man), were top notch. Showed up, explained a few things and got moving on the job. They took pride in their work and put in a very long day. They annswered all my questions and when the install was complete, the boiler and new piping looked more like a work of art. They went the extra mile every step of the way. Couldn’t have asked for much more out of that duo. Really appreciate it fellas. Burns and McBride knocked it out of the park.
