The crew of Dominic, Keith and Drew did a great job with an installation that was a bit tricky.
They took time to see that the indoor unit, with a side connection, was draining properly.
They took care of the electrical hookup to a breaker box that I thought would be a problem.
Plus, salesman Jim Hess, was the only one who told me about the Energize Delaware rebate program.

Chris was on time and very knowledgeable about our complex system. He solved the problem quickly and went above and beyond by cleaning our pump reservoir. He probably headed off a future flood. He cleaned up the area and we very polite and professional.

Burns & McBride’s service has been absolutely stellar, rescuing me from a disastrous Mitsubishi mini-split installation by another contractor that left me without heat just as temperatures turn frigid. Everyone involved, from the top down, has been responsive and diligent in rectifying this calamity. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
