The men were extremely prompt,friendly and knowledgeable. They replaced my heating and ac systems in record time. They were very cautious with my property and before they left, they made sure everything was spotless. They also went over how to run the system. I called customer service after being told I would be charged 149 for emergency services and would receive same day service the tech called my line and hangs up I call back he doesn’t answer phone than calls me back to tell me I won’t receive service today I may receive service Sunday or Monday he was not able to tell me than says the customer service rep for his company doesn’t know how to do his job and doesn’t know what they’re taking about I say I’m calling office for refund he says I can do it than hangs up than calls me back to ask my name he didn’t even know who he was talking to to tell me I wasn’t being serviced sounds like he didn’t want to do his job on a Saturday

I can’t say enough about how happy I am with my new HVAC system and water heater. Dominick and his crew did a fantastic job on the installation and walked me through everything they did at the end. Highly recommend. Additionally from the moment I had my estimate I new I was in great hands. Geoff did an awesome job explaining everything about the process of buying a new system and how and to save money with Delaware. It’s been an awesome experience from the start to finish

Chris was on time. He listened and responded to my questions and concerns. Updated some necessary settings. Left area clean and neat.

Every thing went fine. The repair guy came on time. The heater was new so no repairs were needed. He made a suggestion on how we might be able to improve heat distribution which I intend to look into.

Drew was great. He took the time to educate my wife and I on the AC Vent returns and air flow in home to get our Bedroom cooler. We have had the AC unit for 10+ years and the "circulation" mode/setting has not been used as we did not know what is for. Drew helped with that and walked through the settings.

After being given misinformation from the customer service rep, the owner Terry called me , apologized and took care of everything setting up my service appointment. He took an unfortunate situation and made it a pleasurable and responsive experience. KUDOS to Terry ! The technician came out and did a outstanding do g job. Timely and communicated information of what he did and what was needed. A very professional job. Very satisfied and will use them again.

Excellent experience with Burns & McBride. New gas furnace was installed. Everyone involved in the installation was professional, very knowledgeable & hardworking. Definitely experts! Would highly recommend!
