The technician, Ryan, was friendly, courteous, and competent.

Tech Kevon serviced our heating system today, 2-2-2023, found a problem and corrected it before it cause loss of heat later in the season.

The service was good and the technician professional. The only thing I didn't like is that I was charged upfront in full at the time I made the appointment which was almost 2 months before the work was done. I understand charging a small upfront reservation "hold deposit" but I had 2 furnaces serviced and don't thing you should be charged until the work is performed,

The entire experience replacing our heater, air conditioner and water heater was extremely pleasant. Jim did a great job going over all the options for replacing our systems and explaining the differences to help us decide on the best option for us. The office communicated very well in scheduling the work. Our three technicians that arrived for the install made us feel that we were in great hands. They were very respectful of our home and went above and beyond to keep things clean. They seemed to take great pride in their work, and it shows. I highly recommend Burns and McBride for a hassle free experience!

Wanted a preventative maintenance tune-up of my heating system and wanted Burns & Mcbride as they were the original installer... The tech Tim Marcotte was very polite, knowledgeable and gave me very valuable information on my system capabilities and functions...

Our technician Ryan S. was very knowledgeable and shared information regarding our heat pump and oil maintenance. He did a great job and explained everything to us. He talked about the upcoming summer and the importance of maintenance on our air conditioning unit. Thank you!

Oscar and Casey addressed every concern and question I had and finished the install in less than a day which was amazing. They were on time and prepped the install areas before and cleaned up after. The job was done with quality and looks great. Also thanks to the guys from E.E.E who performed an energy audit. Joe & Lucas explained each test and the results and even discovered a small gas leak that DPL fixed the same day. Oh, and everyone followed Covid protocols. Thanks folks!
9/6/22: Kennedy came to inspect my entire heating and cooling system. He was thorough and showed me where my filters were and how to clean them. Great service, thanks

Our heater went down overnight. I called in the morning and someone came out same day. They did a great job getting it back online and doing a PM. The bill was better than I expected. Very pleased with the service.

Ryan was very professional. He was very neatly dressed and represented your company well. He was courteous and friendly and knowledgeable of the service he was performing and questions we had about other aspects of the heater. We were very pleased with his service.

Oscar and the whole team were outstanding. Oscar called before arrival and they arrived early, which we loved. The whole team was very courteous and professional. How refreshing in this day and age. Obviously Oscar and his team are very knowledgeable as the installation clearly went smoothly and swiftly. We have been with Burns and McBride for many years and have never been disappointed.
