Had new air handler installed and they hooked up the duck work with one pc of tape and it came off and fell down due to one pc of tape not being able to hold the weight

I called Burns and McBride for emergency service on a Sunday morning when my oil heater tripped off and would not reset. They responded immediately after I called the after hours number and a service technician, Chris, was dispatched. Within a hour, the problem was diagnosed, and repairs were made. The unit was running again. He also checked and calibrated everything to the manufacturer’s specs. I was so impressed with his professionalism that I signed up for their yearly maintenance contract which was also very reasonable. I highly recommend this company for any of your heating and A/C needs.

The service technician, Kevon Mason, was punctual, courteous, informative, professional and friendly. What a nice guy! I'd say he is definitely a keeper!

Tim was very thorough and answered all of my questions. He was nice and polite. Give him a raise. 😀

In the past 7 years, we have never, never, ever been disappointed. From the in-house staff to the service techs, our expectations have been beyond exceeded. Always courteous, professional, personable, caring and knowledgeable. For this appointment, Ryan Stetser was our technician. In all ways from the beginning to end of the service call , Ryan was outstanding. He was extremely proficient and just as nice. Ryan also checked our water heater and determined that we should look at replacing it soon. We’ve saved Ryan’s info and will be requesting him when next our systems need attention!

The technician Andrew was professional and capable. He tested my A/C system and provided a second opinion which saved me a lot of trouble.

The technician from Burns and McBride was very professional and arrived at my house within 30 minutes of my phone call for maintenance. Mr Gorman was very knowledgeable and was able to get my heater up and running.

Great service and quick on a holiday at that. Woke up to find my hot water heater spouting water. From my initial call, on The 4th of July, to the service completion it took less than 2 hours. And that's with having to leave to get the needed part. Jack was great!

Had multiple techs out to diagnose furnace issue. Andrew was great and very knowledgeable! Zach was awesome on the install! Quick, professional and friendly!!

Andrew was awesome. Knew his stuff and got us up and running in no time. He is my go to guy from now on
