Air temp solutions’ install team, led by Dylan Peach, did a top notch job of changing out our complete HVAC system. I am very hard to please and their attention to detail was evident in the installation. From piping, to wiring to respect for our home and system explanation, they ticked all the boxes. They even interacted so well with our grandchildren and dog. The response time from diagnosis to install was only 2 days. The text messages to keep us updated on arrival time were excellent. We knew who was coming and when they were arriving (included an employee picture), and a short bio about the employee - well done Air Temp! I have no complaints and we are pleased that Dylan’s team completed our installation timely and professionally.

Anthony was the technical that came to my home. He was kind, knowledgeable and on time. Anthony explained the issue and provided the solution in a honest and transparent manner. When I compared pricing with other companies for a new heating and air unit, I found Air Temp Solutions to be reasonable priced while rendering excellent service. A job well done!
A company you can count on.

AC went out. Paid for technician to come out and tell us we needed the whole evaporator coil replaced. Proceeded to quote us $4200+ for a new evaporator coil. (Parents got a completely new AC system installed for $6000 recently). Basic research from your average Joe will tell you the typical evaporator coil costs $2500 to replace (on the high end). We live in a town house. We don't have some fancy, high end, top of the line unit. Technician was clearly trying to take advantage of a customer in need of AC. Do not use this company unless you want to pay double for a job. We got quoted by 2 other companies for a completelty new evaporator coil + refrigerant for less than half of Air Temps quote.

Good communication and notification of arrival. Arrived on time and one of them was even early. They were clean and very respectful of the house. Protected every surface they walked on. Cleaned up when done and it looked like they were never there. Took less than estimated time to do the install. Spent time with us on how the new system would work and the new thermostat as well. All three techs we very polite and answered all our questions with a great deal of patience. Ten out of ten!!!

I was surprised that Air Temp was able to fit me in at a days notice especially since it was a holiday. Mark the technician was pleasant and informative. Showing me items that could potentially be a health risk. No pressure, just making me aware. His professionalism was outstanding.

I am beyond happy with Air Temp Solutions. Everyone from the front office to the technicians have been so nice and responsive to my needs. The installation of my new furnace & AC went smoothly. Saying thank you isn’t enough!!!!!

I signed up for a winter/summer deal back in Oct. 2022. The winter service went off without a hitch. I responded to an email and the person I spoke with was great. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. She even reset my initial appointment with no issues. But today was a complete waste of my time. First, I had no notice until the day before of this appointment set up back in October of last year. Next they tried to contact me a little after 10am and also sent the tech to my house at approximately 10:25am. I don't know if he knocked or not but I was home. Why no contact between 10:30am and 2:00pm because according to OLIVIA she sent the tech home knowing and canceling my appointment. I waited for my service call but no one came. I called at 5:30pm and spoke with Olivia and cannot believe how she reacted like it was no big deal. I waited from 2pm to 5:30pm. In lieu of my summer service call being rescheduled, by the way I paid for that service back in October 2022. Since I waited 3.5 hours and called myself to find out I wasted my time. I propose being paid for my hours waiting. I make $24/hour at my job times 3.5hrs.=$84. The rude, terrible service I received today from Olivia surely is a personal and professional reflection on the Management Team and Training Department of Air Temp Solutions. I cannot and will not allow any employee/tech into my house after the way I was treated today because of the untrustworthiness of their current staff. Both Olivia and the technician who allegedly came to my house really fell short today. Thanks for listening, Emil...

Mark was early for our appointment, very professional and communicated openly and honestly every step of the way. He answered all of our questions about our dinosaur of a unit and made professional recommendations. I’d be very happy to have Mark back in my home if we need anything else!! Thanks so much Mark!!!

Dave the technician was very professional & courteous while he fixed our A/C unit. He was very knowledgeable with our unit and explained everything he did step by step.
