Charlie did a phenomenal job from start to finish. He was able to diagnose my furnace to pin point my heating issue. Order the part the same day and pick it up the following day and came to install it. The customer service was so good we decided to get the companies monthly service plan for the future. I have been searching for a quality HVAC company. This was my 1st experience and it was the best ever. Reception was amazing. They took the time to understand what my problems were. They called me back promptly and changed my appointment with ease. My Technician Kevin was very pleasant and professional. He took the time to explain to me how my system worked. He is very knowledgeable and can easily explain what's happening in simple terms. I would not hesitate to contact Air Temp for all my needs within their capabilities.

Service was great. They did the annual checkup and found that my 23 year old system was failing and had it replaced within days.

I can’t say enough positive things about this company. Their communication and follow-up is superior. Their technician Charles was professional, sincere, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to check our a/c for its annual maintenance. This company only hires the best. I’m so grateful I found them last year when we had an issue after purchasing a new house. If only other companies could have the same ethics, customer service, caring, and devoted employees. AirTemp Solutions were great to work with. From planning and developing a quote to installation, even when our 100 year old house threw the technicians for a loop. They were able to quickly assess the situation and provide an viable alternative. The Technicians were knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient.
