Tankless water heater installation : The whole process was seamless from the initial call, to the quote, energy inspection, installation and “thank you” call. They arrived on time, were professional and kind, built a platform for the tank and left my home cleaner than they found it. Maichle’s is absolutely the best!

Contacted Maichle’s by text in evening. First thing the next morning I was contacted. I explained we had low water pressure and humming in the pipes throughout the house. Their plumber arrived promptly that same day! He was terrific. He was so professional, nice and courteous. He diagnosed the problem, explained everything and left to obtain the replacement part. He soon returned and replaced the regulator. Everything was back to normal! I would definitely recommend this company and call them again!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. When my air went out at three am I am searching for a company to replace my whole unit. My first reason for choosing was their rating, the second was they took their employees on vacation. WHO DOES THAT. One of my concerns was maintenance. In the past the people who serviced my equipment worked on commission. I can’t afford to hire some repair my equipment who works on commission.This company pays hourly……….I love that. That’s a big plus for me. They were here one day worked hard all day long and removed all the heater and air parts and even some that was left behind by other companies. The financing was made so easy for me. Ashley a lovely young lady in the office helped me through the process. She was wonderful. I couldn’t have done it without her.
The company went out of their way to make this process flow as easy as possible, they even offered to lend me window air conditioners and install them for me while waiting for my work to be done. WHO DOES THAT.

Highly recommend! They’re always a pleasure to have for our seasonal checkups and cleanings. Reasonable pricing! Also always gives great advice from moth balls around our ac unit to prevent mice, to making sure the grass and weeds are low around the unit as well!

We had a relief valve on our hot water fail the day before we were leaving on vacation. Made a call to Maichle’s & they were able to send a tech out the same day. The tech was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Within an hour, the valve was replaced & we could leave for vacation without worrying about the hot water heater. Thank you Maichle’s!!!

Maichles replaced my heat pump system. They were fair, honest about diagnosis on the previous system (showed details about what is wrong) and provided solutions for different budgets. The install crew were really nice and considerate. Left their work space (and my home) very clean, arguably cleaner than it was. Very responsive and clear communication from the office and techs.

We have been very satisfied with Maichle's from the beginning. From the replacement of our old HVAC, to regular maintenance, to an emergency repair, they have done excellent work.

Came to fix a link under my sink, first guy did a terrible job, second guy did a decent job but it is still leaking, called today and they refuse to come to my house again. I was very nice to them, even gave them a 5 star review, now I would not recommend them to anyone!!!! First pic is how the 1st guy left my wall....2nd pic is how the 2nd guy left it....still leaking and they refuse to come to my address again!!!!!

My water bill indicated an increase in water usage. After careful examination of my shower, I thought there was leakage behind the walls. Sure enough, it was verified by Maichle's. The work has not been completed because a fixture had to be special ordered. I've had similar work done by Maichle's before and was very pleased with the outcome.

Absolutely recommend this company to anyone out there that may be on the fence with who to choose for HVAC work. Maichle's has outstanding people and service! They go the extra mile making sure their customer is left with a smile on their face and not breaking the bank either.
