Jason was quick to communicate, on time, explained what was going on and offered options explaining the pros and cons of each and was not pushy at all with any of the options.

Showed up right on time, performed the appropriate inspection and stayed to walk me through all of the findings.... what to watch for, what might be coming my way, etc. But did not try to sell me anything I didn't need, which is refreshing in my experience. Very pleased.
