Staplefords of Wilmington Heating

We've called Staplefords twice now and both times they were able to come look at our heater on the same day, actually within hours. They're really friendly folks and fair pricing.

Stephanie and Bruce are fantastic. This is a small family business and they always get back to me quickly for our HVAC needs. We've used them twice for major installs and referred them to friends who have been happy with their work. They consistently come in with competitive quotes. I'm sorry to ready the review by Becky about the July 4th weekend, but this has not at all been my experience.

Staplefords was supposed to have performed work on a house we recently purchased. The day after we made settlement, the AC unit (which should have been repaired by them as per the home inspection) was not working. When I tried to call them on July 3rd, they had a recording that they were closed for the fourth of July holiday, and no emergency number. I left a VM explaining the situation and they did not even have the decency to return the phone call (as of July 10th). I would not recommend them to ANYONE...

The Stapleford family was there for me immediately when my pump went on my heater in mid winter! I can't say enough how much I appreciate their help! They warmed my heart and my home! Thank you!
