In terms of interpersonal communication, I would say, it is also top notch. Very impressed with both the cost and quality of service. This is a small local company that cares about their customers and reputation. Bill came out the SAME night we called, explained everything he was doing/fixing, and gave us clear options without pushing a hard sell. I cannot reccommend this company strongly enough!

Jason and Old School are the best in the business. This is the only HVAC company I'll ever use in this area. We have had multiple issues with our older HVAC system over the years and they always respond promptly, fix the problems at a very reasonable cost and don't upsell you on anything. I can't recommend anyone else but Old School!

HVAC eas not cooling and struggling to maintain temperature when only in the low 80's outside. They diagnosed the problem, ruled out any issues and took care of my system in under an hour. Awesome service, showed me all the perimeters my system needed to be operating at, were very honest with me about my system.

Jason & Bill are two of the best HVAC people I have ever used. They are not only professional, but they are courteous as well. They keep you up-to-date on their progress and explain in detail the work they've completed. As a side note, they also work on heating systems with a boiler. after purchasing a new home, we wanted to get service setup for the heating and cooling. Old School was able to come out in 2 days, and were friendly and informative - happy to explain everything to me, and make recommendations for needed and optional service.

Posted a request for a speedy service for my AC on a FB group and this company was recommended by multiple people. They were able to come the same day I called, on time, friendly, but professional. The tech ensured he showed me the actual issue and explained what’s going on. He informed me of all of my options and never tried to push me for something I didn’t absolutely need.
