Climate Care assisted our non-profit organization when our heater broke down after Christmas of 2021. The Climate Care team worked with us to ensure that we had a quality replacement in a timely manner. Technicians were very knowledgeable and professional.

Dave and his team at Climate Care are phenomenal….Installed a new HVAC system, and replaced my old hot water heater. Always available for any questions, and timely service when needed. Highly recommended.

Jerid and Gio came over to fix my broken AC. They were on time, and efficient with the repair. Even better they were super nice with my dog and young kid who was interested in what they were working on. Would highly recommend working with Climate Care!

I scheduled a service appointment with Climate Care last week coz my central AC was not cooling my house. Hunter from Climate Care came to my house yesterday & was on time as in on the dot! He was very professional & answered all my questions with ease. I had told Hunter initially that it’s probably the capacitor that needs to be changed coz my central condenser is an older unit(2002 Trane XR11) & I was right on the money! Hunter changed the capacitor promptly that solved the issue. Hunter also checked the AC ducts, filled the outside AC condenser up with freon & checked the interior AC unit. He explained everything that he was doing & even recommended for me to get the AC yearly service since my central AC condenser is an older model & needs proper maintenance. What he said made sense & was not a “patented sales pitch”. The price was reasonable for the job he did. Hunter did a fantastic job & I highly recommend Hunter & Climate Care for all HVAC service.

Dave and his team have been taking care of our HVAC needs for over 10 years and 2 houses. I first reached out to him because he was doing a great job for the building I was working at in Norwalk. The first time we needed service, our central air stopped working during a heat wave. The crew came over same day and got the system working again. Eventually the system needed to be replaced and they did an excellent job. We bought a new home in 2020 that did not have central air on the first floor. Dave came in to scope out the work and give us a proposal and did we are very happy with the new system. The crew is professional and pricing is always fair. I would recommend Climate Care to anyone with HVAC needs.

Outstanding service! Dave and his team addressed our problem within 24 hours of reaching out (other companies quoted us weeks until they could help us). They were professional, friendly, fairly priced, and fast to react.

My experience with Dave and Climate Care was great. Had a complete fail of my ac system on a terrible day and Dave came out immediately and was able to rectify the issues my system was having in no time. Very I happy I went with them.

Had to have the AC unit replaced in my parent's condo during an awful heatwave. The work was done, but the communication with Dave was extremely difficult. He would promise to call and either called hours after he promised, or just did not call at all. He also quoted one price and then asked for a completely different amount when the payment was due. He has been promising to send me paperwork that I have requested for two weeks and I have still yet to receive it. I would have preferred he have told me that he was too busy to help out than to have to deal with all of these empty promises. I would not recommend this company due to their poor customer service.

Climate Care replaced my old boiler, removed the radiators from my house and added forced hot air cooling and A/C. They were extremely respectful of our schedule and showed up on time every day. As our house is from the 1920s they worked with us to find great solutions for getting all the vents where we needed them without sacrificing any ceiling height in our basement or garage (or much floor space in our attic, which was very important to us. The installation was neat and it looks like a system in a new construction house. All in all very pleased with the experience start to finish.

I had my ducts and vents cleaned by Climate Care. They were very professional and did a fantastic job! I recommend Climate Care LLC to anyone who needs HVAC work and Or maintenance. A++
