Company committed to my warranty company to stop by between hours of 11-3pm. Talked to Dave throughout the day who said he’d come check it out only to call me at4:30 to say there’s a mixup! I have been waiting for days to be dismissed as if me not having heat did not matter! Very very disappointed, AND COLD!

Update: Everything was resolved and is working great! Thank you Dave!!

Awful...non responsive. Year later and they still don't care or respond. Leaking all over , ..waterfall. No response..STAY AWAY
