Climate Care did a truly excellent job with the installation of a full HVAC installation on the second floor of our house. They were extremely professional, expedient, courteous and knowledgeable. They recommended the exact right setup for all our needs. The equipment that they provided was top of the line, and at a good price. The installation process was extremely well done, clean, organized and efficient. I would highly recommend their services!!

Dave and is crew were very polite, punctual, and professional. They got my new system up and running when my old system had went bad. I definitely suggest using them.

Hot water heater broke at 8:30am. Dave picked up the call & immediately sent someone. I needed a new one. They came back at 1:45pm; the owner came himself with a brand new hot water heater & they finished in an hour, cleaned everything & placed everything back in the closet. They are professional, on time and I will recommend them to everyone I know. It’s very rare to find good, quality business like this.

I have used Climate Care twice over the past 4 years. Once for a central air system a few years ago, and recently for a very large and complex full house conversion from electric heat to multi-zone propane heat, central air, and ductless mini-splits. This was a renovation of an older house with many challenges. Dave (the owner) and his team helped me navigate the complexities, they fully designed the ducts and systems, installed everything, ensured it was all working as intended and trained my wife and I to use everything. The process was long, it was frustrating dealing with city inspections and dependencies on plumbers, electricians and carpenters. Dave worked extremely well with all of the trades and was frequently my ‘advisor’ to help answer questions that were frequently not even in his domain. I certainly appreciate his expertise, his calm and professional manner and his good-natured and very-much needed sense of humor. At times there were some minor delays to certain milestones due to supply chain, labor or weather - that has to be expected. In the end Dave managed the bumps in the road and all was finished on time, at budget, and works flawlessly.

Highly recommend Climate Care. They are very responsive, knowledgeable, and have worked around my schedule. I can also rely on them in an emergency. David is very friendly, professional and honest.

When my mother's heat pump went out and needed a new compressor, Dave and team worked hard with three vendors to obtain the part without success. Given the circumstance, Dave went way above and beyond to install a new heat pump free of charge for my mother who was without heat. In an industry hit with incredible supply chain challenges, Dave and his team were responsive, professional and caring.

Thank you! Climate Control was here within an hour during a heat wave. On top of that it was their after hours emergency service. Dave spoke in a way that was easy to understand so I didn’t feel like an idiot with technical language. He was able to identify the problem immediately and fixed it within a half an hour. I highly recommend these guys.

I couldn’t be happier with the recent service I had from Climate Care. After suspecting a dead mouse might be in our HVAC ducts I called them and an hour later Jared came to investigate. He performed a careful check of the ducts, showed me photos from inside, informed me that the ducts were in great shape and that a cleaning wasn’t necessary. Since I’m a new homeowner he gave me a load of information on the age and condition of the air handler and A/C and recommended how to keep it in good condition. I was so happy with my experience that I signed up for a service contract for my A/C on the spot. I was also happy with a prior dryer vent cleaning that Jared had performed recently.
