Highly recommend Ryan Murphy Heating & Cooling! The technician, Chris, came out and took the time to explain all of the options on my A/C repair and was very patient with answering all of my questions. Very professional and great customer service!!

Service tech was responsive and extremely professional. He explained all the work he was doing and taught me how my boiler worked. It's becoming more and more difficult to find reliable contractors so using Murphy Heating and Cooling was a breath of fresh air. Will be using for all my HVAC needs moving forward. Outstanding.

They were HIGHLY recommended and now I'm HIGHLY recommending them! I just had my much needed boiler tune-up done. The service technician Jimmy did an EXCELLENT job especially since our boiler and laundry is in the SAME room and there's limited space. He was on time giving me notice before hand when he was on his way! Also, great communication with the owner. Their service and pricing definitely beats the rest.

First time we have used Murphy for a/c maintenance because our provider had retired. I couldn’t be more impressed ,from the office staff to Chris the technician, very professional, on time , explained all the work done.

In the middle of that unseasonable heat wave of at the start of June our central AC broke down. I tried to find an AC contractor available in my area to at least look at the problem. Either I got no c/b’s or was told it would be weeks before anyone could come out.
Then I called Ryan Murphy and reached a real person. I was told some could come out in a week and booked an appointment. The day before my appointment, they called to confirm.
On the day of the appointment Chris, the tech, showed up on time. He was friendly and courteous, got right to work, diagnosed the problem, showed me a picture he took of the problem, a crack in the drainage line.
He explained how he could fix the problems and then proceeded to do just that. Five minutes later the AC system was repaired for a very reasonable price. Chris made sure the system was working.
He was professional and friendly, his visit lasted about 15 minutes. About 5 minutes after he left there was a knock on my door, it was Chris. He returned to turn the system on to make sure everything was working. He explained that he wasn’t certain he had turned the system on, make certain it was working!
Great work, great follow-up and fantastic service.

Installed a new central air system. They were on time, professional, and clean. Had my system up in 2 days. Also very responsive when we had questions.

Genuinely a great company and people. We started using them while renting a home . Heating died and while all other companies turned me down stating “you have to have a contract with us”.
