Ryan and team installed a ductless heating and A/C system in our wee house last winter. Not only was his pricing great but when things went awry, Ryan and team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We were such a small job, it was incredible how far Ryan went to make sure things went right no matter what. His team came out on major holidays, he replaced parts and made promises he kept to make sure we got what we were expecting and what we paid for. Upgraded my home heating system today. Got an American made ultra high efficiency Energy Kinetics System 2000 oil fired boiler with an added 40 gallon hot water tank. Very happy with it. So quiet. UPDATE 9/19/22 - RFM team earned my business for a major upgrade to my entire Heating & Cooling system. With the price of oil, and my existing equipment at end of useful life, I wanted to replace my equipment, get off oil, and leverage the investment I previously made in solar electricity. I considered three contractors for a geothermal and/or heat pump system, and chose RFM & Team based on their ability to educate me and assist me in understanding the pros/cons and cost/benefits of the various options. I went with heat pump for heat, a/c and hot water tank, and they provided me a competivie quote and explained the project in detail. Once I committed, they assisted me with applying for the available rebates and tax credits. The install team was on time as scheduled on day of project start, explained everything, worked efficiently and effectively, and cleanly. They welcomed my questions and talked me through what they were doing. They also assisted with coordinating the needed electrical work with a known and trusted 3rd party contractor. The job is now complete, and I couldn't be any more satisfied. I look forward to monitoring my new system to see the savings add up, and it was a happy day to see my oil tank driven away! I have used them for maintenance and repair. This company is amazing and really setting the bar high. They communicate, show up when they say they will, are extremely professional and well versed. Oh and very reasonably priced!! I would recommend this company! You won't regret it!!!

When I had heat / boiler problems at a rental property I manage “Murphy heating and cooling” came out quick and fixed a problem that had been ongoing and unable to be fixed by other plumbers I worked with before . These guys are professional and good at communicating with their customers. I liked them so much I had them come and replace the boiler at my house . They handled everything like the pros they are .
