I've had Murphy Heating and Cooling out to my house before for normal service on my AC system and furnace. They were always great in their promptness and professionalism.

Two weekends ago it was no different when I needed to contact their after hours on-call tech because my AC condenser would not start even though the air handler was pushing air. I received a call back in 12 minutes from the on call service tech Jacob. He informed me that he was just finishing up a job, had one more than he would be to my house, gave me an estimated time frame (which was spot on) and even informed me what the cost would be for an after hour call.

From the start they all look professional, they show in very nice clean vans and trucks. All of the techs look professional, clean clothes and boots. Nothing covered in sweat or dirt / grease. Then all the way through the service they were courteous and professional and even taught me a few things about my AC system, about how it works and a few things that could be troubleshooted in the future. Also, the whole time he was there working on the system he never gave that sense that he needed to rush through this job because there was another one he had to get to right after mine. Whether there was another job pending or not it felt like he only had our job scheduled for that day.

The payment process was also quick and easy. Pay with any form of payment and they can handle it right from their vans.

This is the second time Jacob has been to my house to service the AC unit and each time it has worked great after he has left. It is nice to find a company that still puts customer service as their priority. Since trying to find a service company, any type of service, is tough and sometimes scary because you don't know who you're going to get. Thanks again!!

John and Antony did a great & clean job, gave me walk-though how the system works. They took care every details related to this work. Had a great experience with Murphy heating and cooling; Donald and chris?recently installed a heat pump. Their installers were well informed about their product and explained operation and impact to thermostat settings at the conclusion of install. neat install and good cleanup.

Have also used them for emergency service several times and had a good experience with jimmy. definitely recommend if you want quality.

Just had Chris over to perform maintenance on the furnace at my Watertown house where my daughter and her kids live. Important to make sure everything is working well when fuel prices are as high as they are.
