My rating was 4 stars until we experienced someone so rude yesterday. I don't think we will be using 20/20 anymore. I wish the tech we had last time was the person who came yesterday. Unfortunate because everyone else is so kind and polite
Stanley was very thorough and a pleasure to work with. He correctly identified and external issue, which was then able to be fixed quickly. Hoping Stanley will return to help with our semi-annual service.
20/20 very responsive. The engineer, Dylan was very thorough and explained everything to me. The first visit was to determine why heating had stopped working at the end of the summer. He diagnosed that the new thermostat was wired wrongly and fixed it. The second visit was to find out why high efficency furnace in attic space was cutting out in extreme cold last winter. Turned out that heat tape was not working and had to be replaced. Dylan was professional and did a great job, explaining what the problem was and what would be the fix

Over two years after we installed a new furnace we had an issue with the hot water not getting hot enough. During that time two other techs tried to fix the problem. Recently the issue was finally resolved by Dylan Cherry. He spent time doing research on the furnace while at our house and from the documentation he was able to figure out how to change the system configuration resolving the issue!!! Thank you Dylan. Called 20/20 Air Mechanical and the Receptionist was so kind and coordinated my response with the best service man ever! Stanley is a very brilliant guy who is passionate about his job! He problem solves well and was very attentive to my lack of sufficient heating throughout my house which I have been trying to solve via Service Stars and another company which escapes me. Those people sell you other services and send you to their partners leaving you BROKE with a higher heating BILL! Itโs been two years since I am trying to get to the root of why my house is always COLD!? Stanley was the only one who was able to solve this problem and give me a sustainable solution - My home is now comfortable and heats efficiently!! Hands down, Stanley is the BEST ELECTRICIAN AND HVAC SERVICE MAN I KNOW! He cares and goes all out to do his job. I really appreciate you Stanley! I have recently purchased a townhouse in Danbury. Home inspector had written up that the air conditioner needed to be serviced and unfortunately the sellers used this company. After getting my ducts cleaned today and speaking with Alisha my suspicions were confirmed that this company did NOT perform any of the work that they stated was done. The gentleman who cleaned my ducts noticed absolutely filthy coils in my air handler, excessive mold and garbage in the air handler as well. When confronting and just trying to figure out what was actually done to my system I was given an invalid email address to send photos of proof that the work was not completed. Afterwards I tried to call back and the phone was answered and immediately hung up on. Then it appeared that my phone number was blocked by them as I tried to call again and was told by my phone that "the number you are trying to reach is no longer in service". After all of this I had to spend an additional $1500 to have my system properly maintained and cleaned after 20/20 had just "serviced" it. NEVER. AGAIN.
The team at 20/20 are great. Even in peak season they offer a personal touch and make sure the job gets done in a reasonable time frame. There is a general sense of decency that is appreciated.
I received a courtesy call from the office and Hector arrived just when they said he would. He donned his protective booties & got right to work. He knew exactly what he was doing and was very meticulous in cleaning my tankless hot water heater and methodical in its repair. Iโm so happy he got it up and working again in a short period of time! He was excellent!!
