I have been using Murphy Heating for many years. They installed my central a/c years ago and it's been great. Every year they service my burner and a/c and I've been very pleased. Everyone who has come to my home has been professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Ryan & Team did a great job. Needed to transform a two furnace system to one system for more efficiency. Job included removing two furnace systems, two oil tanks, reconfiguring the duct work and installing one new forced hot air system. Prompt and professional service! Thank you all.

I used Ryan F. Murphy Heating & Cooling to replace my whole house humidifier and air handler. When needing quotes for these units, Jonny and Jimmy were extremely knowledgeable and very patient with me, answering all my questions and guiding me through the best options for my home.

Chris was super nice (even with me standing by him the WHOLE time as he worked to find the reason why my a/c was not working properly). He was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Anthony and John performed the installation of the two units. They truly exceeded my expectations with their quality of work, professionalism and cleanliness. They took the time to explain what they replaced and how to maintain the equipment, even letting me know about a couple of things that I should replace that were outside of the work they were performing. They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the work.

Finally, the office staff was very responsive and friendly. As a customer, it's a huge bonus when your initial interaction with a company is a positive one because of employees with a friendly disposition who answer the phones first.

Outstanding service, professionalism and responsiveness from the initial quote, to the installation, and the follow-up afterwards. There was a small problem following installation. When I called, they immediately sent someone over, figured out the issue and fixed it. No charge, no hassle, and with a smile.
They assisted with all of the paperwork associated with the CTEnergize loan and rebates, which made the process a breeze.
I truly could not be any more impressed with this business.
