Ryan Murphy and his team were terrific! The entire team is super knowledgeable and honest with all aspects of hvac. They verified our system was definitely a goner before moving forward with the new unit replacement. They scheduled us quickly and got our install and service for other units all done on the same day. Once the new unit was installed they went above and beyond to ensure all system were fully functional including checking all of our ducts flow pressure. Cannot say enough good things and would definitely use them again when needed in the future! Amazing company and work! Thank you Ryan!

Definitely going with Murphy’s again for maintenance on my heating system. The company was great and so was the employee that came out to work on the system.

We just had 3 ductless heating/cooling mini splits installed and they did a fantastic job! Christine in the office was very friendly and responsive. Jonny was really knowledgeable and helpful from making the home visit through setting up the installation. John and Anthony were incredibly knowledgeable, hardworking, thorough and great doing the actual installation and giving the final instructions on how to operate everything. We also used Rob Booth of Booth Electric for the electric install (recommended by Murphy's) and he was amazing as well. Everyone really worked great together as a team from start to finish and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!

Needed an emergency call for my house. Not currently home but have no heat and a macaw that can't survive in low heat was told they can't come out because we aren't a registered customer. Don't call them unless your already a customer

Edited because I can't reply. The night in question we spoke to an operator that took our information and told us they would send a tech when they Can and he would call when he's on his way because they are swamped. About 20 minutes later the tech called and asked if we where a customer which the reply was no. He then said he would not service our unit and to call a big company like Mitchell's.
The 1 star review is due to you advertising 24/7 emergency service without explicitly stating that's for customers only, and telling us someone would be sent just to refuse later. No other businesses that where called that night where left with a bad review.

Shout out to Murphy's Heating Cooling for the great job they did installing a new Bosch heat pump in Oct. The unit is working well and the personnel at Murphy's made the whole process painless Special thanks to Christine for putting up with with my home owner questions and filling out the paperwork for my rebate. Great company to work with.

Working with this company was a pleasure. Extremely professional in all areas of the business. Great office staff led by Christine made setting up on-site estimate a seamless experience. They were very helpful by holding the price and locating the equipment for a reasonable deposit. The commitment was made in the Fall and the installation was done in the Spring. The installation team was just amazing. They removed a two zone central air system and installed an upgraded Trane system in two days with zero problems. The installation was just superb. My advice is to use this amazing company. You will be impressed. This organization is focused on exemplary work and in developing relationships with their customers for the long term. I now also use them to maintain my heating system. They are a pleasure to work with. Gem of a company.

These guys are solid. We've had them do a lot of work already and they are scheduled to complete two more big installations in the next couple of weeks (Feb 2022 -- so, stand by for an update when they're done).

Their workers/technicians are all very nice, polite, capable guys -- especially Jimmy, Johnny, and Chris. They spent lots of time explaining everything and answering my questions. Ryan himself installed my new water heater last month. The ladies in the office are polite, pleasant and efficient and they stay on top of everything.

None of this stuff (HVAC equipment and service) is inexpensive anymore, but more than anyone else we interviewed or received quotes from, I felt Murphy was the best value. Other local companies we spoke with were outright crooks who tried to sell us cheaper, low-end equipment at utterly outrageous, usurious prices -- as if we couldn't do some basic research about what we were buying. Murphy's guys we're very straightforward.

It's very hard to trust anyone in these types of service businesses, especially when your family is sweating or freezing or if your basement is full of water. There are so many bad guys and bad companies out there.

Murphy has earned my trust and confidence, and they definitely have far more reasonable pricing (and much, much more transparency) than almost anyone else we've used in the past. Their work is high quality and they seem prepared to stand by it if they need to, which is also very reassuring. Their customer service is great from start to finish.
