Did my research and Tri-city turned out to be the overall best value based upon good reputation, location, quality & price. Worked with Tom and got new Hi Efficiency HVAC system....not cheap, but a very good system with top quality install. Very good communication & customer service. Tom checked on the project during and after as well as got personal call from the owner Seamus to insure all good.

I scheduled an 8am to 1pm appointment. I called out of work and scheduled the rest of the day with appointments around when they said they could be here. The day before the appointment I get an automated notification that my 12pm to 6pm appointment was still scheduled. I called the office and left a voicemail. The following day the receptionist called back to tell me she had left me a voicemail on the Friday that past stating they would change my time and to call if I declined a change. First of all, who leaves a voicemail stating they are changing times without speaking with the person to confirm. Second, there was no voicemail or even attempt to call. I can’t imagine being the only client lost due to the unprofessional scheduling protocols.

I'm looking for a new furnace and central air. Looking around online, shopping for prices. There are too many bad reviews on this company. Not only that, (because I know you can't go by everyone's review) but the owner's response to many of these negative reviews was so unprofessional and rude! That was just a major red flag right there.

From my initial contact with Tri City through the final installation everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and responsive. From the front office to the various servicemen I was completely satisfied. Our installation also involved our neighbors (gas installation from street) and every aspect of the job went smoothly. Service people showed up on time and call backs were promptly returned. It made the transition effortless for us.

I replaced my oil furnace with a gas furnace. From the initial meeting with the Representative through completion of the installation, it was a professional turn-key experience. Tri City delivered what they said they would deliver, when they said they would deliver it, and at the price that we agreed upon.

I had an issue with my dryer, that turned out to be electrical and not related to the dryer itself. I had them come out and do diagnostic on the dryer. They charge me $170 to do the diagnostic, which discovered it was an electrical issue. However the technician left something unplugged inside the dryer, which rendered my dryer useless after I got the electrical issue fixed. I then had to have another person open up the dryer, only to discover unplugged parts inside.
If you ask me, you shouldn't leave things worst off then when you started. I did complain. All I got was a "I'm sorry mistakes happen".
Won't be using them again

I’m grateful to Tri City Heating And Cooling for my AC system prompt service repair by their professional service technicians, Austym and Tom today. The AC system kept shutting down completely and intermittently running during this eighty degree heat wave. Thank you’s!

Installers were very knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job in record time and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend Tri-City!

After a rocky start due to a last-minute cancellation the day before installation (messages left on home but not mobile phone), Amanda at Tri-City took the reins and turned the situation around STAT. I had installation the next day, which was a Friday when installations are not typically done. She recruited an additional team and the guys installed my Trane system the next day. They did a solid job, replacing the necessary electrical, cooling lines, condenser, pans, etc. My system was almost 40 years old, so this was long overdue and I am thrilled with the new system. I am pleased with my choice of Tri-City (through Home Depot).

We recently just had a furnace and AC units installed. The technicians that worked in our home were very respectful of our home, as well as my husband and my wishes. Although in the end piping was not set-up to our liking, Seamus came out and went over the issues that we had and without hesitation he arranged for things to be changed. Technicians came out again and all is well. Thank you Seamus and technicians for providing such great service. We love our new systems that we purchased at a reasonable price from Tri-City. Taylors
