Tri City Heating and Cooling

The fee for a service diagnostic is ridiculous. They will def make money off of you in someway. I have never experienced any maintenance company charging such a large fee for diagnostic and if one was required it wouldn't be as much as 159. Here's the kicker they charge tax on top of their diagnostic fee again something completely unheard of. Thieves in my opinion. Shop around before just going with the 1st shop like I did.

My name is Tom Wilczynski and we had C/A installed last week by Chris and Eddy...They were OUTSTANDING!!! Chris knows his stuff...neat clean professional and all around good guy. Eddy was a pleasure to work with as well...very hard worker. This is the best team of tradesmen we have had in our home in the 20 years we have lived there!!!

Andy is the best! The office staff was easy to reach and they keep you updated regarding any changes and or modifications needed. I would definitely recommend if you need this service.

I have been using Tri City for over 10 years for my heating & cooling as well as my appliance repairs. My wife always comments how professional the Technicians have been, and that is important since I am leaving them in my house with my family. They fix the problem the first time and always help with ideas to prevent problems in the Future. They are not the cheapest , however by fixing things correctly it costs less than my experience with a cheaper service when they keep coming back, which drives me crazy

We have needed a air conditioning fixed, we have taken an entire day of work off to get it fixed. They have said they would the appliance between 12-5. It took a phone call, and angry voicemail to get them to even acknowledge us. They have forced us to rework our schedule and not even get dinner. In short. Dont choose Tri-City. They have resolved the problem quickly and efficiently, and I would suggest using them.

Had just purchased a new double wall oven. It was our BIG buy for the kitchen. Well after it was installed, it stopped working. tri city came out under warranty and fixed it. The staff was great.. A few weeks later, same problem, Tri City came back and fixed it. Well this happened 4 more TIMES!!! Finally the service tech took it upon himself to call the company and tell them to send me a brand new set of ovens, and they did!! Above and beyond!!

Tri City is your best bet in Milford and surrounding areas for all your appliance ,heating and cooling needs.
From the owner down they are reliable and courteous, just want to say thanks and highly recommend ,also want to say that one of their techs (Steve) was one of the most thorough and honest guys I've met in a long time and would request him every time I need service.

Called for Maytag Fridge warranty a week ago (May 2021) had a tech out the following day, ordered the part and 3 days later came back and repair motor. Very quick, friendly and fast response.
