Tri City Heating and Cooling

Extremely pleased with Tri-city. I was looking into having a new furnace and condenser installed. David did a great job figuring out what best suited my needs and my installation date was immediately set . They arrived promptly at the appointed time and didn't leave they were sure the system was up and running and the basement was cleaner than when they started. Oscar & Marvin did an amazing job installing the system. Couldn't be happier with my new system and their service, highly recommend!!!

Seamus Warakomski, owner of Tri-City and his professional crew just recently installed a state of the art Lochinvar boiler heating system in our new home in Redding, Ct. Mr. Warakomski 's company was one of three quotes that I sought . The other two companies send a salesman to submit a proposal and basically did a quick walk through
of the basement. To my surprise, Seamus, the owner of the company himself came in to inspect the house and carefully went over every aspect of the proposed job and explained how and why the new equipment would fulfill the job. He even went into the attic to make sure that the equipment he suggested would provide the adequate needs for heating our home, .... I was SOLD ....... His integrity and the respect he demonstrated for his family business are qualities that speak for themselves. The job was skillfully done in 8 hours by his crew of 3 men and the results is finely crafted work. Being a designer and craftsman myself, I admire a job well done.
I highly recommend Mr. Warakomski and Tri-city and will call on them if the need arises for any of the other skills they offer.

Fantastic experience. Our sales rep Cliff was knowledgeable and responsive to email. Second visit by Cliff and the field installation supervisor was extremely thorough taking photos and making notes. He explained the entire process and coordinated with the installers, electrician and office. He also took care of all the paperwork.

The installation was seamless. The technicians did a truly heroic job despite the cold rain working outdoors! My house was cleaner because these guys were meticulous! They were professional and respectful. They covered my white furniture and even vacuumed my baseboards! My 2 Mitsubishi split units are practically silent and look better than expected. My entire first floor is now warm and cozy in winter and will be cool in summer. Very easy to use. Very happy customer! I highly recommend Tri City.

I called regarding a heating issue inquiring whether a technician can come out to a resident within the next two days. Without asking what the issue was, where the residence was located or any other questions in regards to my issue, the woman began to become very aggressive with me about giving her a credit card over the phone and asking whether I can give her a credit card now in order to proceed with the service. I explained to her that the company previously used tri-state and was listed as one of our vendors. I also sent an email inquiry to the vendor prior to calling. The woman then hung up on me. And did not answer after I called back. Awful customer service!

We called Tri-City Heating and cooling because they were listed on Aprilaire's site as a partner. They came out late, sending two kids to install an Aprilaire Whole Home Humidifier. It was installed incorrectly: Wiring was incorrect, a required transformer wasn't installed and a outdoor senser was installed indoors. The unit never worked. I paid another HVAC company $1,000 to correct their mistakes. Shame on Tri City Heating and Cooling.

Responsive, professional, and most of all honesty, and upfront. I could not ask for better service, repair, and advice. Ask for Marty, and Carlos, an awesome team! Marty got right to it, and Carlos got into a crawl space I don't even want to mention. I'm in the service industry, and these two are top notch. Whatever they're paying them is not enough! Thank you Tri-City.

Very good experience with the purchase and installation of a new central AC. The installers, Oscar and Lou, were very polite, do very neat work and an overall excellent job removing the old equipment and installing/testing the new equipment. They didn't rush me to inspect the work and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with everything before they left.

We justhad Tri City install a new Central A/C. What a fantastic experience dealing with professionals that take pride in their work. Chris was very helpful giving us options and explained the different options for saving money but getting the best value. Thanks to Amanda for getting us in before the warm weather started. The workers were prompt and professional. Work was started and completed when we were promised. Again, an outstanding job.

Horrible pricing. They rip you with their ridiculous prices for anything and everything. Then they are shameless to not do post install support saying that will be extra.

Horrible attitude by Seamus without even trying to understand the problem.

Reliability of their services is a big question. The system broke within few days and not stable. Calling them to even ask about it is useless

May be its just me that I had to deal with these issues.

Not even sure how Home Depot is using these guys to provide HVAC support services in the area. Shame on home depot and shame on Tri City guys for their ridiculous quality of installation, pricing and most of all lack of customer first attitude. I wish I did not have to deal with them.

Service technician was very professional and knowledgeable. On time and efficient.
