I used Tri City for my AC service. It was just running hot and loud— They were On-time, professional and explained what I needed done as well as what I didn’t. I definitely recommend and will use them again.

If you want a sense of urgency, feedback, or your appliance fixed properly the first time this is not the place to call.
Step one was to schedule an appointment for a technician to come to the house to perform an analysis on the faulty kitchen hood. Step two was to wait a week for the part to be ordered so that a follow up appointment could be scheduled.
After the two parts that were ordered did not fix the problem, Tri City didn't mind me having to wait an additional two weeks for another part to be ordered. I had to call them several time to get the status and each time they said it was the manufacturer that was shipping the part which was the cause for delay. They also stated I would be called immediately when the part arrived at Tri City so I could schedule the follow-up.
So of course I had to personally contact the manufacturer to determine the delay in shipment and they stated the parts were already delivered to Tri-City! The parts sat at Tri-City for two days and I never received a phone call to schedule the follow up. I had to personally call them myself.
I would never recommend this company if you want quality service. The problem was not diagnosed properly the first time nor was there a sense of urgency to fix the issue. I, the customer, was stuck waiting and waiting while Tri City ordered replacement parts after replacement parts at a snails pace in order to fix the issue.
Lastly, the technician never showed for the final appointment. When I called Tri City they told me I never scheduled the appointment and it was my fault the technician never came to finish the job.
Why not ship parts overnight? Why not spend time and properly troubleshoot the issue the first time? Why not call the customer when the part arrives at your warehouse as your promised? Why not keep scheduled appointments? Because Tri City is not a reputable business that cares about service.

We recently had to replace our entire HVAC system and after meeting with 5 different companies, we decided to work with Tri-City. Everyone, from the ladies in the office to the guys in the field, were awesome to work with and we couldn't be any happier. I was extremely impressed by how thorough and clean the installation crew were. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I just want to thank Tri City for their good service and excellent installers. I had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday to replace the furnace and A/C in my condo. I received a call Tuesday morning stating that due to a cancellation, they could start their work a day earlier. Jay and Angelo arrived shortly afterward and began work. Due to the fact that the work was moved up, some of the parts were not available until Wednesday. One of the major units was found to be dented when it was uncrated, and they returned and replaced that promptly. The new system is working well, and the outdoor air handler is much quieter and more strategically placed than the old one.
The installers were careful of my property, courteous and accommodating. They worked quickly and efficiently and took care to keep my condo clean as they removed, delivered and installed the equipment. I highly recommend both Tri City and those two installers!

CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH! Kyle came out and installed out air scrubber system and was on time, friendly, and informative. Customer service was amazing and they really go above and beyond. We will continue to use Tri City and recommend them to our friends/family!

I called requesting a price for cleaning my oil-fired furnace, and when the price seemed reasonable, made arrangements for them to come out. When the guy showed up, he had a clipboard and wanted to go up into the house -- he said he had to inspect the radiators and I said no, he was there to clean the furnace. It's all part of the full maintenance service. No, just clean the furnace. I have to check what kind of thermostat you have. Please go downstairs and clean the furnace.
Finally he went downstairs with his sheaf of papers and began taking the sides off the furnace. The sheaf of papers was really worrying me so I asked him point blank how much they told him to charge for a cleaning. He explained that it was only available as part of a full year complete service package, as he continued dismantling my furnace. I said no, he was to stop, gather up his tools and leave immediately. He argued, even as he continued taking my furnace apart. I was close to calling the police. (I'm a single older woman in a residential neighborhood empty during the day.)
I went upstairs to call his home office and while waiting could hear him frantically doing the same. Now their stated policy that it was a $99 charge if they just came out, even if they did nothing, made sense. When the woman finally came on line, she said all those services are only available as part of service plans. I pointed out the unethical bait & switch they were trying to pull, and said she was to call her tech back and tell him to get out of my basement. She finally agreed to a la carte, and the tech finished what the next tech said was the worse job he'd ever seen.
This company is unethical, deliberately doing business trying to trap their customers into high costs and more elaborate services than they may need. My advice? Stay as far away from this scum as you can get!

had a bad experience with them. The technician visit cost me $$$ and gave me an invoice, which obviously was bigger than a new microwave of same company and newer model would cost me. So I just bought a door switch for less than $10 and replaced it myself and everything works fine now. They were talking about changing all switches and boards.

Tri City Heating and Cooling - Continues to provide excellent and fast service. Our air conditioning unit stopped working and they were out promptly today and fixed the issue!!!! Kyle L. is fantastic - very knowledgeable and professional!!! Some places would try to sell you a whole new unit, but not Tri-City!!!

Great job! Seamus came out to quote us on air conditioning one night. They were able to start the next week. All got done in 3 days. Guys were very nice and professional. Trust worthy to leave while I was at work. Reasonably priced. Thanks Tri City!
