My husband and I owe a big thank-you to Seamus, Jr. at Tri-City for his excellent customer service and accommodation. We are in the process of selling our home. During this past Memorial Day weekend, we had several showings with potential buyers and agents. When our upstairs air-conditioning unit stopped working, I called Tri-City, only to find out their maintenance crew were fully-booked for the weekend. However, after explaining the situation, Seamus,Jr. called me back in 5 minutes. In less than two hours, a polite and efficient repair man was at our house, and the a/c was back and running. We were very grateful for their service and efficiency.

Forgot to post this but we recently had issues with our Jenn-Air stove. Seem to always have issues with Jenn-Air actually. We found Tri-city and really just had a wonderful experience. I believe it was Alan that came out who was a Chef by trade. Just a super nice guy and supremely knowledgeable with regards to the appliance and appliance care. Took the time to explain the reason for the current problem and how to avoid potential future problems. Dispatcher and office professionals were also extremely helpful. Seems like a well oiled machine. Thank you.

Tri City was referred to me by Home Depot, as I was interested in installing air conditioning solutions for my large living room. Tri City called me and set up an appointment for Friday 4 pm. I rearranged my work schedule so that I could be at home and meet the representative. Around 3 pm, I got a call from the rep that he was delayed and would come closer to 5 pm. I was fine with that. Then I got two more calls in quick succession that pushed the time out until 7 pm. At this point I asked whether he was even serious about making it and whether Saturday morning would be better. He said he would call back the next morning but never did. Never heard from them since.
I can totally understand delays. It happens to all of us. What is unacceptable is follow ups and closure. If they can’t even show up for the first meeting, there is little reason to believe that they can do a quality job.
If there was an option for zero stars, that’s what I would give.

very happy with the service and products from Tri City, would rate them Best in Class. They installed a tankless water heater for us, and we are very happy with the end result. Estimate was accurate, install was timely, work was A+...they even check in afterwards to make sure things are working properly. We cannot say enough good things , thank you TRi City!!

I have to say that Tri-City EXEMPLIFIES what it means to provide customer service. From the initial call, I was met with courteous, professional, and serviceable rapport. Just bought a house and the hidden gems are being found. My A/C unit busted 3 weeks in August during the heatwave. My current unit is about 17 years old, way past the lifetime. Called Tri-City on Monday, and they offered to send a tech the same day! Unexpected, so I scheduled to the following. Brett, their tech, came by, fixed the problem, and looked at both my units. Was very thorough and found multiple possible issues. Recommended that it was better to replace than repair. Not a great option, given the expense, however, it was an investment that has already paid off. Crew came today, finished the job, and left the site as no one was ever here. My new unit was upstairs in a very uncomfortable attic, Tri-City did the job, and did it well! Highly recommend for their service, great staff, and overall fair and honest upfront pricing. Hope the second unit last a little longer, but when it comes time to replace, will not hesitate to call Tri-City Heating and Cooling!

The first time the dryer was reassembled with the new belt, the large gasket was forgotten to be put in. Thank God that I noticed. The second time something was wedged between the front and the body of the machine. The third time my appointment was scheduled between 12 to 5. It's almost 6 with no courtesy call and no show. Too much uncertainty for a necessity item like a dryer that is now going on 3 weeks because the first visit, although given a serial number, the mechanic didn't come with any replacement parts. I told him the drum didn't spin.

We were very grateful that Tri-City was able to come first thing Monday morning after a Saturday call from us! The two men who came were careful, knowledgeable, and really nice. They worked quickly and solved our problem-- without making any mess. They were great!

Our house is about 15 yrs old, the central air was inefficient to cool the house in hot days.. and my neighbors constantly complained about the noise it made while trying. So we called several heating and cooling companies in the area.. and got several quotes. Tri city tech was very professional, went through all the models, options, helped us to choose the best for the structure and money. They also went through the house to improve the efficiency in electricity usage, we changed all our lights to lower our costs.
For the central air, we selected a super efficient unit. SeveralTri City technicians came in early in the morning of a hot August day, worked all day till the entire unit was successfully installed and working.. removed old parts from premises..
We have purchased the Service agreement with the unit.
Second year of the device, they called pre-summer, made arrangements to come in and inspect all parts to make sure no trouble is waiting to be discovered.
The technicians are helpful, responsible.. they show up when they schedule. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs similar services.

TRI-CITY APPLIANCE – HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!! Tri-City Appliance was exceptionally attentive to solving problems that I recently had with my furnace, in the middle of one of the most brutal, cold winters I have ever been through. I am especially grateful to the owner & President of Tri-City, Seamus Warakomski, who made it his personal mission to make sure that my furnace was fixed properly, with an extremely reasonable cost. He even went so far as to pay a personal visit to my home to assure me that Tri-City would get to the root of the problem with the furnace ASAP, and that they definitely did!
I can honestly say that I have never experienced such a satisfying customer service experience with a company, and Tri-City has won my business going forward. Seamus and his team of technicians went beyond the extra mile to make a customer an extremely satisfied customer, and I will highly recommend Tri-City to everyone I know for every HVAC, plumbing, and appliance need!
