I had a brand-new Maytag washer that had lid strike issue. I have called Maytag and they have assigned the work order to TriCity. I would say that TriCity is the best - they have assigned tech (Alfredo) on the job. He is very helpful and calling to update that what time he should be there. Five star from me. Thanks TriCity.

My friend referred Tricity to me when i needed immediate AC service last Summer. I had a great experience with John so I signed up with their membership this winter and scheduled oil furnace tune-up service for two of my rental properties. I have to give the tech Adam 5 stars for everything he did today. He called me 30 minutes ahead as i requested and was already working on the furnace when I got to the 1st property. He was very professional and effective for the services done for both properties. All my questions were answered with knowledge and patience.

What a Pleasure to deal with a business that do what they say! They were on time, called and confirmed, and actually showed up! Technicians were wonderful and were courteous when they came. After a nightmare with a previous company that screwed us around this was a refreshing experience!! If I could give them 6 stars I would!

Tri-City is great! They installed a new HFE heating system in my house and have been maintaining it. The work and follow up service have been top notch and my plumber, who is not affiliated with Tri-City, even said so. They made sure to clean up after themselves and answer any questions I had. The workers are all knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

In addition, the salesman, Mike Z, was very friendly, courteous and professional. His very high degree of knowledge of the subject matter is something you typically do not see in a salesman. There was no pressure to make a purchase. I'd recommend him and Tri-City without hesitation.

Tri City Installed a new Heating and Air Conditioning system in our home in July. From our first meeting with Mark, to the estimate, installation and follow-up, everything was smooth and easy. All questions and concerns were addressed and explained completely. The crew was courteous, friendly, efficient and extremely neat. Super happy with the price and system performance -- cooling and heating. I highly recommend these guys!

I just want to post a shout out to Tom and Chris when they did my hvac tuneup in December. They were very professional, informative, and even helped me troubleshoot a broken thermostat. They really went above and beyond the line of duty and Tricity has a new customer for life. Thank you Tom and Chris!

Our Maytag Washer stopped supplying water for washing our clothes. I cleaned the filters but the problem was the valve. After trying endlessly to get the manufacturer for parts and/or service, I called Tri-City. They responded with a next day appointment and the technician was 1. On time, 2. Very professional. He was well spoken, explained his procedure and the company policy, and his appearance was also very professional. He had a uniform and was very clean. I asked about his experience and it turns out he has worked 6 years with Tri-City. That immediately tells me the owner treats talent very well by paying them for their expertise and hard work, and the technician is also someone who values the company he works for and treats the company with respect. The problem was indeed the water valve which needed to be replaced. Tri-city ordered the part and returned in two days to complete the installation. The appointments were scheduled each time with pre-call reminders each time and the technician called with his eta 30mins in advance to let us know his arrival. If they could give ten stars I would. Tri-City is a excellent appliance service provider, who has obviously invested well in talent and learned how to run a service business.

Sent Tri-City to repair a dryer in a rental. Tenant called me to thank me for sending Tri-City. She said technician was great, very professional and did a great job.

Great company and amazing technicians! We had Tri-City replace our aging 1986 A/C units that were inefficient & expensive to maintain. The installation was quick, professional & clean - they even removed the heavy A/C units! Thank you!
We are very pleased with the Mitsubishi ductless system. Our house is cold during the summer & toasty warm in winter. A+

We needed to replace our A/C condenser and air handler. The initial advantage was that Tri-City could give us what we needed in a week whereas the other companies I contacted were backlogged for 6+ weeks. We are very pleased with the job. They added an outlet and return to address a balancing issue that had been vexing us for years. The installers were very professional and nice and the owner (Seamus) showed up for the walk-thru and again when the installation was in progress. The price was competitive but we got top of the line 4-ton variable speed Carrier units which aren't cheap. We also got an air scrubber which will sanitize the air as it circulates.
