To the T came out and was on time and very knowledgeable when it come to a HVAC system and friendly to work with. The Company owner Nate is a great teacher. Great company to do business with. Would definitely recommend to my community.

I had my sump pump replaced and repaired by them. Kameron was my technician both times. Extremely friendly, and exceptional service. Will definitely use again!

We had our air conditioner and furnace put in by To The T Plumbing & Heating last May (2018). They did a wonderful job! Very professional - they were on time, treated us with respect and we have had absolutely no problems since. The units they put in work amazing! We would highly recommend this company and will use Nate in the future!

To the T has done a number of services for us. Our greyhound loved Nate and Kameron. She would chatter at them and demand they pet her. When they came to fix our shower yesterday, they brought us a flower to plant in her memory. That is above and beyond and we were very moved.

5 stars for To The T from us. We have used To The T for plumbing issues twice now and both times have been exceptional. The first time we called them, our air conditioner broke. Nate responded later that afternoon and when he could not fix the issue he gave us the number of another trusted handyman who was able to fix the issue. No charge from To the T. The second time was for a water softener which broke and flooded our basement. We called the company to see if they could fix the softener and they could not. They gave us a quote of $3,500 to install a new one. We called To the T for a second opinion as that quote sounded high. Nate responded in less than half an hour and quoted $1,200 less for the exact same softener and installation. On replacement day Nate and his team arrived on time and got the work done efficiently. They were very knowledgeable and respectful of our home, wearing shoe protectors and caring for our walls and furniture as they installed the new softener and removed the old one. We will never call a different plumber again as To The T has proved to be loyal, honest, and caring. We are lucky to have such a good company in service.

My toilet tank kept running water nonstop suddenly since yesterday morning and was filling slowly. I couldn't tell if I needed a new fill valve or new flapper. It turns out that I needed both replaced. Thank you, Max and Will, for identifying and fixing the issue so quickly.

Be replaced. After calling several companies, To the T plumbing had the best prices, but their team was also incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative.

I’ve never had to replace a water heater, so I asked lots of questions and all were answered promptly. When it came time for the replacement, Nate was on time (even a little early) and did an excellent job. He was friendly and high skilled.

I highly recommend Nate in to the T plumbing. I will definitely use them for future projects.

I just had To the T replace two water heaters in a very tight utility closet. They were able to source the exact heater I needed very quickly and did a fabulous job of removing the old and installing the new. And what great people! They were on time, very friendly, efficient and left everything completely clean. They’re the best!!
