Both the technician staff (William, Kam, and Nate) and office staff (Megan) were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They came out the next day after my call to diagnose my non-functioning furnace, and within 2 days, it was repaired. They documented and explained what they found, suggested a course of action, and provided info during the repairs.

They are not the cheapest service around, but I'm very happy that I called them. I trust that my system was repaired correctly, and if any issue arises, that they will be back promptly to correct it. Furnaces and HVAC are critical systems in a house; I believe that I chose wisely to employ their services.

I am new to the Thornton area. Nate, Kam and Team set me up with a new American Standard AC unit. 2 months later my old furnace went out and they provided a solution that got me back up and running and avoided having to replace the furnace.

We had two toilets and a hose bib replaced, as well as maintenace and inspection of a few other valves in our home. Kam and Nate were professional, thoughtful, and thorough during the entire visit. They wore shoe covers when inside the house and took great care to leave the work areas clean. They listened to all of our concerns and gave us great advice for our future plumbing projects. When my water heater went out I was not sure who to call. I called To the T Plumbing & Heating to have them replace my water heater. They were able to get me an appointment the same day I called.
