I utilized To the T Plumbing for grease line/interceptor jetting services that I needed done at a large commercial property. To the T Plumbing was an all around pleasure to work with. They responded in a timely manner, conducted themselves as utmost professionals, did excellent work, and charged a fair price. Their office staff was also professional, courteous, and worked hard to make sure all of our plumbing issues were address. I will happily continue to give To the T all the business I can.

To the T plumbing and heating got me in on the same day, which never happens with the bigger companies. They were also very reasonable on their price. Mac and Dan came in got the job done and we're out in under 30 minutes. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing and heating issues from here on out!

The company performed fixing the water leak that came from main line. It was expensive. The workers made a hole in the basement to put through the pipe. The company didn’t seal the hole, where they put the pipe through. That resulted in multiple floodings in the basement throughout the years. We kept asking the worker why is it flooding , if they did or don’t do something, to which they kept saying, everything was fine and that it needs more dirt in the spot. We finally had to go and when we took off the drywall and all we saw the hole unsealed. It cost so many repairs from flooding in the basement. I do not recommend this company.

Max was fantastic. Addressed our issues easily and very affordable for the services we were provided. On time and very friendly.

Nate and Kam came out to our house within less than a 8 hour notice. Right on time with a text from them being on their way. Fixed our thermostat problem quickly and got us back in the warm house within minutes. Amazing service, will definitely keep them in mind for future services. Highly recommend.

Our water heater started leaking one morning and after making a few calls to different companies T plumbing was able to come out the very next day and install a new water heater. Nate and Kameron were very professional throughout the whole process.
I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future if we ever have any plumbing needs.

I have used To the T several times and they never fail me. They first came out to fix my toilet due to a loose water line that flooded my house. I haven’t had an issue with the toilet for now 2 years. I had them come out again and install a humidifier and a Remo Halo during COVID. Amazing install. The last time I use To the T I had a clog in my kitchen sink and they came out same day and Kameron and Steven were such great guys. Thank you To the T. Highly recommend!!!

Max did an amazing job repairing a pipe that had burst during record-breaking cold and also replaced an outside faucet. He also repaired my gas logs which hadn't worked in years. He was happy to explain everything he was doing, and got the work done quickly. I'll definitely call To the T with any future issues.
