I haven't chosen a company at the time of this review but I felt compelled to write an early review. Received an immediate follow up call to an online request I placed over the Fourth of July holiday weekend. Marcus took the time to answer all my questions and provided additional information to help me make an informed decision. His preliminary estimate seemed in line with other professionals and if his service/workmanship is anything like his responsiveness you couldn't go wrong.

Behr was prompt, professional and efficient. He came out to give me an estimate for repair of my AC and I understood the issues, with photos and videos of my unit, I understand what needs to happen next and before he left, I had two quotes for different options to consider. Great service! Highly recommend! And I'm requesting Behr for my guy!

In my situation, I opted to a brand new heating system due to the cost & age of my previous heater. They were able to remove my old heater & install the new one on the same day. I strongly recommend.
