Great company to work with. All of our options explained in a way I could easily understand. Marcus had lots Knowledge of equipment. Responsive to concerns. Did a beautiful job. Have used him in the past, would recommend him to anyone else and would use him again. Fast service too.

Furnace part that was replaced, is online for $100 to 450.00. I was charged over $900. Tech repeated over and over about a part he didn’t charge me for, because he can do that, since he has worked for the company for years. You just have to hope that they are honest with parts and pricing. I will definitely call around other service providers and get quotes for future HVAC service.

I want to give these guys a HUGE shoot out.

My sister and I are newer home owners and were told our AC unit was broken (won’t say the company’s name). We saved for a year to buy a new unit and had the other company out quoting us when Marky Mark’s happen to be working on our neighbor’s AC unit and saw. They took time out of their busy day, no appointment schedule and no guaranty that we would go with them, to give us a second option. They ended up fixing our AC for only $50! Yes, our AC unit was older, but we didn’t need to buy a new one yet. The other company was quick to sell us a new unit that we didn’t need. Marky Mark’s gained a loyal customer that day and I’ll spread the word! So may companies try to take advantage of people, especially young people, and Marky Mark’s is looking to make long lasting customer relationships.

They used the best equipment money can buy and improved our homes heating and cooling. They had the best prices we found and service is above the rest. This is the third company I've had out and I finally feel like I received value for the money I paid. Ryan explained everything thoroughly, he was incredibly polite and informative. He took the time to make sure everything was checked on my AC unit. He even gave recommendations for getting the longest life out of the equipment by better utilization of my nest thermostats and purchasing a different type of filter. These are good guys!

Very pleased with my experience. It’s scary using a service company you haven’t used before, but the reviews led me to make the call. Ryan came out to take a look at my archaic AC unit. I was so worried that I would be told there’s nothing that can be done and it needs replaced, but Ryan thoroughly explained what he was doing and why I’m having the issue I’m having, identified a few culprits and corrected those on site and gave me information about a replacement down the line. It was completely refreshing to have a technician that actually listened to my goals and offered multiple solutions. Plus, he was EARLY. Straight forward and very professional. Willing to explain and educate. You can tell they have been doing this for a long time. Not pushy and very willing to talk about options to repair/replace but not in a “used car salesman” kind of way. Pricing is great and fair. had a great experience with M&M specifically Ryan's help in diagnosing our failed heating system (>11 yr old). We chose to go with a new American Standard heater and settled on a fair installation process and price. completed in one day with minimal impact on our family. Very impressed with the professionalism of Ryan and the master he brought in to assist in the installation and fabrication. The system works 200% better than the old system...THANKS guys.

We just purchased a used home and we had some concerns about the two furnaces, A/C units and the whole home humidifier. Ryan came out to the house and explained our systems in detail while completing a deep clean and inspection. Ryan was knowledgeable and honest about what items may need attention in the future. Had Ryan and Dillon back to our house today 10/8/20 to complete please some home inspection items before selling our home. They went above and beyond. They even recommended a better design diverter box for the attic furnace so the new home owners wouldn't have the same problem down the road. I still recommend these guys for your HVAC needs.
