These guys are so awesome! I would give way more then 5 stars if i could! I called them after being ripped off by another HVAC person. They explained to me with just a phone call that i was dealing with someone who had no idea what they were doing. He helped me on what i should do next so i didn't waste money any money with his advice and, were talking thousands of dollars. They gave me a free service call because of everything i had been through. They were right over there and looked at my furnace and i was told i need a new furnace they quoted me a very decent price and helped me get financing. These guys go above and beyond for their customers. If it wasn't for them i would have been thousands of dollars in with someone who had no idea what they were doing, In fact they were very upset that someone had did this to me. they installed my heater the next day. If you want a company that cares about there customers are on time, very professional,know what they are, and take pride in what they do these are your guys. I will not use any other HVAC people beside them going forward! SO glad i found them! I cant thank them enough!

Our water heater went out. We called Marky Mark Heating and they gave us pricing up front and told us our options for a new one. They came out the next day and did an amazing job with a new tankless water heater. Love these guys prompt, professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend them.

Mike was great. He was on time, helpful, and quick. He was able to locate a gas leak behind our stove and quickly replace the line and valve. He also helped walk me through the issue, which I always appreciate. Thanks for your help Mike!

Just had Ryan with Marky Mark's to my home. Talk about honest, friendly and knowledgeable!! You never know who to trust anymore especially when it comes to stuff you have no idea about but Ryan explained everything we needed or didnt need and why without charging me an arm and a leg!! Highly recommend these guys!!!

Ryan Blair came over super last minute for furnace issues when the high today was 10° and fixed the problem so quickly and was incredibly professional, the pricing was perfectly reasonable. We are so grateful and will definitely use this company again.

I called Marky Mark to do a furnace inspection because about 4 years ago my sons furnace needed replaced and he was treated right by Marky Mark. Suspecting my old (25 years) furnace was about ready for the scrapyard, Ryan came out and did an extensive cleaning, but after examining the cracked heat exchanger and wore out blower motor (he even took pictures) I needed a new furnace. Because working with my family in the past Marcus gave me a very fair price and the next day the new furnace was installed. I have a rental house I will have Marky Mark clean and inspect that furnace soon. They will be my only HVAC service I will use from now on. Thanks Marcus and Ryan.

Wishing there was a 6th star to award. This was probably the best customer service I have ever received from a business. I called in on an afternoon on a holiday weekend for a non operational water heater. The Technician was at my door step within the hour I called. He then did some quick troubleshooting and identified what was wrong within 15 min. Wait it gets better it’s 4:30 pm on Memorial Weekend. My Technician called the warehouse and caught someone at the last second and was able to obtain the part I needed. So this Gentleman drives in Holiday traffic to get the part and comes back installs it in no time at all. My wife and 3 girls are happy and I’m out of the dog house. I have never in my life had a business go out of their way to make a customer happy like that. Thank you Gentlemen very much. You guys definitely raised the standards for customer service.

Marky Mark's came out quickly and did a great job servicing my A.C. We are ready for the summer heat. Ryan is very professional and knowledgeable. We will use them for all of our future needs!
