Holy mother of god all mighty, literally the best team, I sleep like a baby at night. If it’s cold in the winter I’m as warm as a cub in a bears den. If it’s 100 degrees or more outside my AC is chilling my bones like I’m in the artic. The service was great. The guys were awesome and fast and affordable. I’m convinced these guys are angels sent from heaven above.

I needed my furnace repaired at 8 on a Sat. night. I searched google and the first result was Marcus's (Marky Marks Heating) and now I know why!

He answered the phone, was friendly and punctual.

He outlined the problem and recommend some things that would save me even more money!

Marcus is awesome! He is also VET Friendly and offered a discount.

I would and am going to recommend him to everyone I know!

They came out to do a diagnostic on my water heater, which was leaking. I was told it needed to be replaced and was quoted $1850. For the heater and installation.

When I hesitated about spending that kind of money without getting more quotes I was assured it was a fair price, better product than I'd find in a big box store, and warned about how it world be worse if it exploded. They would not provide an itemized quote showing parts and labor separately.

I went ahead and paid for half the cost, and my card was ran within minutes. I then called back, within 5 minutes, and asked to cancel because I was not comfortable making this purchase between meeting at work without doing more research. No work was done. This was Wednesday.

I received a message from , I presume, the owner, later in the day asking me to call. I called before the end of business that same day, but had to leave a message. By this time I had found out that the model water heater they were going to install could be purchased for less than $700. I never received a return call. I emailed on Thursday, again asking for my credit.

Friday I had a second plummer out. He said no replacement was needed and repaired the leak for about the same as the diagnostic charge of Markey Mark.

As of Friday, no call, no credit.

Needed a new furnace and was able to get it done ASAP with these guys. Ryan and Mike came out and did a great job. They also replaced our AC a couple years back. Definitely recommend them and will keep using them! Thanks guys!

We have used these folks for two jobs now and it's been quick, friendly and reasonably priced. Woke up with no heat, had it fixed that morning. Woke up with no hot water, had it back by lunchtime. Ryan and Mike were great - very easy to do business with, no up-sell pressure or any other nonsense. Call these guys!

Mike had come to my father's to check a leak under his mobile home.because my dad is elderly he chased him away..
Mike was very professional regarding the situation..

I called a day before a holiday just like everyone else I'd called they were super busy and no open appointments. 10 min after calling Mark called me back and said he just had a cancellation if I still needed a repair which I did, so Ryan came out nice guy explained everything well and I am very pleased with their services. Fantastic service. They were informative and thorough. Even gave me all the options for one part of the job, and recommended not moving forward! They were right but they let me choose and gave me everything to consider. Both guys were personable and thorough. Quality team and I'll go back.

You guys have NO idea how amazing this company is! My husband's Father designs HVAC systems and his guy said he couldn't make it out here until Thursday, because he was way too busy! My husband called and spoke with Marcus, the owner, and he had a guy at our home within HOURS!! To make it even better, they're located in the Westminster/Thornton area and came all the way out to Littleton!!! Now that's what I call service, thank you guys so much! No way I would have survived until Thursday with no AC!!
