    Furnace stopped working on a very cold Friday night, 8pm.

    Googled "emergency furnace repair" ...got a lot of results that specifically stated emergency service, anytime day or night. Called four of those, all of them said their techs were busy but could schedule me the next morning/day. I call that false advertising.

    Then, I called Marky Mark's, spoke to Marcus, the owner, and he came out within 40 minutes, repaired it within 30 minutes, all for a reasonable charge.

    Very pleased and will call him for any future issues.

    Finding a good honest mechanic or HVAC repairman is a scary and challenging proposition, so I tried using reviews to make a choice. Honest customers are a credible reference. I tried Marky Mark based on reviews. I was sincerely hoping to give out a five star review. Here is our experience. We needed heat ASAP as we've had intermittent problems for a week and replacing the ignition parts didn't solve the problem. First, Jimmy was sent over right away mid-afternoon which was terrific and appreciated. He found the problem in 5 minutes, the inducer motor was frozen (which we knew was going bad). The motor is really easy to replace it took Jimmy like 2 hours rounded up. He was totally professional to my wife. All's well so far. Then my wife calls me with the bill.....$1,287.00. The owner Marcus boasted that they don't mark their parts up (most HVAC will double the wholesale cost which is fair). Also, all the labor rates that we were quoted from competitors were around $120.00 per hour. Using this knowledge, I figured the motor must be really,really expensive. I need some more work done so I thought I should check out their "flat rate" pricing model. I found the exact same motor locally for #309.00 retail. I don't know the wholesale cost. So, if you double the retail cost (generous) that leaves you with $669 for a couple hours labor. Marcus and I disagreed on wether or not this was price gouging: so you decide. This is fair and honest rating and I gave them 3 stars for timelines and professionalism and deducted for over pricing vs. what others charge.

    THE ONLY! And I mean ONLY! people I go to. We’ve had the best experience with these guys! They are the best, they are easy to talk to and and happy to help and educate. They make sure they do their job to perfection! No matter the problem they are always able to fix ANYTHING! So why in gods name have you not called them!? Get to it!

    We talked to Marcus directly on a Tuesday night at 8:40 pm. It was 30 degrees outside and was shaping up to be a very cold night. I googled 24 hour heating and saw Marky Mark heating. We called, Marcus answered. He walked my husband through how to fix the furnace! We had heat thanks to Marcus. Good guy for sure! Stan up service! Thanks Marcus

    I am so impressed with Marky Mark's! I called to have someone come do a system check on our furnace because it kept turning on and off and blowing cold air (which was not at all appreciated considering it's the middle of winter).
    I called around 7:45am, and they sent Ryan out that morning (he arrived at 9am!). That was only the first of the many things that impressed me with M&M that day. After a half hour or so of work, Ryan had diagnosed our problem and recommended a few courses of action.
    Due to the age of our furnace (over 20 years old) we decided to go ahead and bite the bullet and went with the most expensive option - replacing the furnace. Much to my surprise, they were able to call the warehouse at 10am on a Friday and get our new furnace installed THAT. DAY. Ryan was also able to add a vent to the basement family room after I asked last minute if they do that sort of work.
    Now we have a new furnace that works SO much better than our old one, and a new go-to service provider for our heating and cooling needs! We know that the AC and the water heater are likely going to bite the dust soon, and when they do, we will definitely be calling Marky Mark's to do the work!

    BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!
    Marcus is just about money. he has no customer service skills. I had his company come out to install an A/C unit. he started throwing out all his technical terms ending every sentence with " You know what I mean?" or " You will be golden,"
    He made promisers that he didn't even tell the tech who came out to do the work about. Marcus never showed up at the warehouse to meet his tech. they were over an hour late to start the work. Marcus wouldn't answer his tech phone call. When he finally did show up 3 hours later. the tech was upset so Marcus tried to talk me into giving in on the promises he made.
    After all that....the unit was not cooling off the upper level of the house. I called Marcus his answer was yeah that happens I told you that.....he did not.
    He said he would have to install duct work which he said his company will have to tear down walls to see where to install. & install a attic fan cause it is a mess up there.....he never went in the attic. he also said that would cost another 1200.00 Marcus was going to come to take a look at what work needed to be done on 06/27/16 although he already knew it what it would cost!!....guess wghatr never heard a word from him. I tried to call but no answer. I would like to give this company -5 stars but I cant. so half a star is being "golden

    I resently sold my house and needed a hot water tank issue fixed a.s.a.p. because the sale of my home was contingent on resolving this issue. My problem was resolved the same day with Marky Mark's Heating, Cooling & Plumbing! I had to explain my issue being a woman with no plumbing knowledge what so ever and I was impressed with the patience, guidence and understanding. In fact, I was so impressed with the service I recieved, I gave my realitor their number so they can help others with home selling issues! Thank You once again!
