VO Heating and Cooling

I have been using Jason’s service for my heating and cooling system for many years. He was always very attentive and made every effort to quickly provide service when I needed it. I’ve always been impressed with his honesty. Over the years we talked about replacing my system and finally, I decided now would be a good time for a number of reasons. Jason’s crew installed everything very efficiently and all of it came in at a price lower than any other quotes I had received. The new system works beautifully and I couldn’t be happier with it!

Called Jason at 11am, by 2:30 he was at my house when he said he would be. Jason and his guy finished in about an hour, they were clean, neat, polite, professional and very knowledgeable.

Super nice guy when I initially called him and setup an appointment for fall furnace maintenance on my two units for a couple weeks out. Got stood up on two appointments and then told him I would find another company. Contacted another place who was happy to take my business and had an appointment scheduled in under 24 hours. So nice guy but customer service and communication is not their priority.

Responded quickly. Diagnosed the problem with our heater quickly. Came back quick to fix. Heaters been working great since. Very personable and nice to work with. Thanks for saving the day before it got so cold!

Jason was so friendly and easy to talk to from the first time we spoke. He and his crew came out within the week to replace a furnace for us in a rental property. Best prices in town (I had 3 quotes and Jason beat them all by at least $1,200). He always took the time to explain things and never made me feel rushed with all of my questions. We will be using Jason going forward. Don’t waste your time on those larger, less friendly, and more expensive companies. Jason is who you need!

Jason and his team are fantastic. I've done 2 furnaces and 1 AC in the last 6 months. Both times he went out the same day I called him to assess the problem, and got me in quickly for service. He's far from the big companies that will charge you $8000 for a basic furnace. He's reliable, honest, and charges a reasonable price. Jason and team were great in every aspect. Jason was very responsive and quick to come over; he helped me diagnose the issues with the lack of airflow on our second floor and gave me several options and recommendations. I ultimately opted to have our furnace, evaporator coil, and condenser replaced as they were nearly 30 years old, not well installed or taken care of by previous homeowners, and Jason quoted an acceptable price. He was able to schedule the job within about a week and finished in one day. Jason and VO are amazingly responsive, knowledgeable, and fair. I had an issue with my HVAC and Cooper was going to charge me $175 just for the "emergency service call" not even actually fixing the issue, and the fastest they could have gotten a tech to the house was 8 days! Jason was at my house within an hour and fixed the issue all in for $50 less than the cost of just the service call with the other guys. He is both down to earth and professional, a rare find these days. I'd highly recommend him to anybody in the Thornton/North Glenn area for fast, competent, and fairly priced service for your HVAC or heating.

Jason and his crew at VO Heating & Cooling do absolutely amazing work! Their estimate for our new Lochinvar high efficiency boiler was almost HALF of the other estimates I got from two other "big" heating & cooling companies. VO's literally perfect 5.0 Google reviews convinced me to give them a try. Owner Jason was super responsive, giving me his personal cell number and email address and encouraging me to contact him with questions. On the day of the install, Jason brought a large crew to help him. They were polite and efficient. It turned out that the job was more complex than he anticipated and he had to do more work than he accounted for in the estimate. However, he didn't add a penny to the price and stuck with his original estimate. Once installed, he took a ton of time to show me the important features of the unit and didn't leave until he was sure I understood everything about our awesome new boiler. Jason and his team were super knowledgeable and they provided truly unbelievable service! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VO HEATING & COOLING!!!

Fast, Friendly, and Affordable!

Jason is an absolute life saver!!! He lives and breathes exceptional customer service! I recently bought my first home. Winter weather hit early in October, and my furnace stopped working leaving my family cold and concerned for our pipes. He was able to fit us right in within a couple hours while his competitors were booking appointments two weeks out. Jason is a consummate professional while other HVAC friends theorized a number of possible issues, he quickly troubleshooted the issue and fixed it with a very affordable rate and saved me on expensive repairs. Jason is the BEST! I’m referring everyone I know to him. He is a master!
