The products (new furnace & AC) have been installed for about 6 weeks. Thus far, the products have worked well (too warm to fully test furnace yet), but I despise the way they did the electrical wiring. They refused to run the wires through my attic (as they were originally) and instead routed conduits around the exterior of my house. The electricians said "we are too big to fit up there, it's not happening" and that the alternative "will be done neatly, practically unnoticeable"... I hesitated but allowed them to do it against better judgement. I regret this deeply. Its highly noticeable and it bothers me. A good electrician will leave no trail of wires/conduits visible, leaving the house looking nice and clean. Don't allow any electrician to get away with this. Make sure it is done correctly.
We called to complain about this later and the salesman said that they had made it clear that the wiring would be done this way, but that is not entirely true. It was mentioned that the electricians MAY do it that way, but it would be decided by the electricians during the installation. It is not their choice to make - it's your house, so it should be entirely your choice. If I could do it all over again, I would refuse to do business with them over this issue alone. If you go with Steele, make sure that their electricians do not refuse to hide their electrical work due to such reasons like "we are too big". I admit that I am partially to blame for letting them do it, as I am a new home owner and was not experienced enough to know better. I feel like they took advantage of that. Don't make this same mistake.
Of all the bids I requested, theirs was the most thorough and checked things I hadn't considered. The contractors were on time, professional, courteous, and holy cow did they work fast. I absolutely recommend them.
Just met John with Steele Bros. Noticed his work shirt and just asked him a couple general questions about my AC. He provide a lot of good (free) information that I can try. I will for sure contact them next time I need HVAC service.
Our work order was for $200 to do a simple maintenance check of furnace and A/C and later charged $500. Make sure you get everything in writing upfront or they’ll “take you to the cleaners.”
This is an amazing company. From the estimate to the install to the payment everyone was top of the line! Polite, professional, knowledgeable and they all went out of the way to be helpful. Highly recomended.

I got home from work late in the afternoon to find that my boiler had gone out. The technician explained the issue to me and also gave me several options for repair or replacement. I decided to replace it and couldn't be more happy I chose to do so! The work was done to perfection and the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Wonderful! Jon Castle and his assistant were perfect. It was like having your best friend helping you in your need. Thank you Jon and everyone at Steele Brothers.😁
They came to do the consultation and he was able to get my furnace fixed and he was out the door in less than 30 minutes. Didn't charge for maintenance or the consultation since it was less than 30 min fix.
