My experience with Nick was excellent!! he called ahead, showed up on time, explained everything to me in lay mans terms. Best of all he did a tune and cleaning within my budget and kept me from needing to be a new furnace in a crisis right away. These guys definitely have my business moving forward!-Monica

Had a new furnace and air conditioner installed. The first man to come by (Bill), took the time to explain what all work would be required and gave me multiple options to select from to help work the best value for the money. The installers, Tom and Sergio, showed up on time with all the equipment needed for the job. My house has some odd additions which presented multiple challenges. Tom was willing to listen to all of my concerns and made sure the installation was done the way I wanted it even if it meant a little extra work on his part. I truly appreciate their work! All equipment seems to be working, and the only way I could tell they were even here was the change in the house temperature!

Great customer service!!! AC was having issues and Joanna went above and beyond to help! She got a technician to come out the very next day. Give her a raise!!!! 15/10 for customer service and support, 10/10 for this company over all. Thank you for taking care of your customers! Highly recommend.

Chris Tomeno completed a service call at my home and I am not sure I have ever met a more genuine and honest service technician. It was refreshing and gave me confidence in his abilities. He professionally answered all my questions and went above and beyond the call of duty as he took a look at a few items associated with my HVAC unit that came up in general conversation. Highly recommend Steele Bros Heating!

We were In the market to replace a 27-year-old furnace and add a whole house humidifier. Chose Steele Bros after having gotten multiple bids based not just on pricing (which was fairly competitive with others), but on account of the sales rep JP and in-house sales manager Justin who were knowledgeable, honest, professional yet personable, and willing to listen, educate and aid us into making an informed decision as opposed to being pushy and trying to up sell us on equipment which a couple of reps from other companies appeared to have been attempting. Justin also helped with the paperwork to get a couple of rebates we qualified for through Xcel which we've since gotten.

And then there was Mauricio who I can't say enough about! He headed the installation and was the one who personally came back to make modifications and adjustments as needed. Knowledgeable. Dependable. Competent. Detail oriented. Caring about making sure things are right. Takes time to listen to his customers. Takes time to explain things and to do so in a way a layperson could understand. Genuinely nice. Friendly. Respectful. These are some of the adjectives and phrases that describe Mauricio who I highly and without any reservation recommend and have already done so!

Can't forget the installation team!. They were hard working, diligent, efficient, and did a nice job that involved adding a lot of ducting and putting a hole in an exterior brick wall in order to vent the system to code. They even did a nice job of cleaning up afterwards as well.

Thanks Steele Brothers! Great team! Now let's see how we fare our first winter with our new high efficiency furnace, humidifier and smart thermostat...and see if we can't get rid of the 'noise burst' that can be heard when the system turns on or increases temperature or humidity once and for all, which while lessened after a first attempt at resolving it, is back (or still there)... 

Had my air conditioning unit moved due to contractor installed on the wrong side of house??? Less than a year later the AC unit will not start. Called Steele Bros heating INC who installed and move the unit.... three week wait time to look at it. Told them my girlfriend is due any day now ... that didn’t matter we’re on the wrong side of town. Called another AC business, technician was out within a day. Told us the c/b was the wrong amperage for the unit, was a 15amp needs a 30 amp. Also found out the compressor is bad!!! The unit was only used one season(brand new house) geez still no response other than the parts are warrantied but labor is not. The response and compassion is nill. I would definitely look else where for a contractor or service on any HVAC unit for your house. Their response time or compassion for a pregnant spouse is unsat.

Had my furnace tuned up today. The technition, Nick, was excellent! He was prompt, courteous, professional and efficient. He went out of his way to show me meter readings. He answered questions about my humidifier and even sent me additional information on humidification. A great experience overall!

Blake was our technician for tonight. The most Professional person I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with, he wore shoe covers, which lets me know that he has common sense. He is keeper for sure. Good genuine human being and I appreciate it.
