We had Steele Bros. install a Fujitech ductless mini-split system in our home about four years ago. Afterwards, they serviced it twice a year without fail. They also service two like systems that were installed earlier. Steele also rebuilt our boiler and hot water saddle tank, and replaced all the valving in our underfloor and baseboard heating systems. I was really disappointed this past month when they no longer had trained staff to work on the
Fujitech system and referred us to another plumbing company for work on the boiler system. I am now searching for another company with whom I can establish a long-term service and maintenance relationship for our Fujitech and boiler / heating systems. If anyone has the type of equipment that Steele is now qualified to work on, I would highly recommend them.

A few years ago I hired Steele Bros to replace my fan coil unit (heating system) in my condo. Because of extremely tight space restraints, there were several challenges inherent in the project. We had issues that spanned a period of almost two years before all the bugs were ironed out. Each and every time Steele Bros was committed to making the job right, even though they had worked several times to accomplish it previously. Finally after several attempts, the problem were all solved. As I stated, there were many inherent issues and Steele Bros stuck with me until they were all rectified. Most companies would have walked away at some point without all the issues being resolved. I would recommend Steele Bros to anyone. They stand behind their work and are committed to customer satisfaction.

Noah with his team, Blake and Houston were amazing. I had an issue with my whole house humidifier. It was loudly "banging" every time the water cycled through system. Noah made several visits to problem solve and fixed the problem. Professional and dedicated to service. Highly recommend!

We have used this company twice - back in 2012 for a new air conditioner install and again in 2020 for a furnace replacement. Excellent professionalism, quick, and cheaper (by a lot!) than the competition. Would highly recommend Steele Brothers Heating Inc.

I have been a customer since early 2016. Steele installed the HVAC system from the builder and I purchase a whole house humidifier and smart thermostat right after moving in. I was a huge fan and recommend Steele Bros including the Gold Plan to many people. Since Michele and Chris left the service has gone down drastically and there does not appear to be any customer loyalty. Every year it is something new and when I talked to service I feel like they really do not want people on the Gold Plan. Today the technician came out without filters that he was supposed to drop off with the gold plan and then i had to reschedule. Jillian was also good but now she is gone too. I started out as a five star customer and unfortunately am now down to 2 stars.

Amazing group of guys! They are very honest and straightforward. This company understands that building long term relationships and doing great work are more important than just trying to make a quick buck. John was great, he guided me towards exactly what I needed and ensured that I was making informed decisions. He and his team replaced both furnaces, both air conditioners, and did additional duct work, and did an amazing job. I highly recommend Steel Bros. Heating!

This is a top notch company and they do great work, I bought a new furnace and A/C system in 2014 and works like a champ. My son did the same in 2020 with his HVAC system and they did a great job. I have also used them for P.M. work. Fair pricing and great service. I give them 5 stars.

Steele Bros replaced our AC and heating system July 2017. The team was great but I have to say Mauricio was wonderful, so competent and cares about getting it right. He came back today to take care of some minor issues with my humidifier. He went above and beyond for me today and I am grateful. The follow up is unbelievable. We are so glad we did business with Steele Bros. They stand behind their work. Their employees are the best! Thank you Steele Bros. And thank you Mauricio.

Chris came by today for an estimate and he provided top-notch professional advice for the care and maintenance of our boiler. We determined we didn't need any service at this time and as a courtesy he checked for any issues with the boiler such as CO leak. No issues were found and I will be recommending Steele Bros Heating to all of our neighbors and friends. We found out about Steele Bros from a happy customer. THANKS CHRIS!

These guys are top notch. The technician who initially came over was friendly, transparent, and thorough. He was happy to explain everything he was looking for and spelled all possible issues of why our A/C was not working. He provided descriptive solutions for each scenario and gave a breakdown of costs for each. The prices quoted were extremely reasonable , especially considering I had shopped around a bit before landing with Steele Bro’s. We ended up getting a brand new Armstrong AC and love it. Very happy with the work they’ve done and would recommend them to anyone needing hvac service. Very reliable and will not mislead you.
