These guys are great. They were referred to us by someone else and glad that we used them. They installed an entire HVAC system and humidifier in our single family home in 2017. We had 4 contrators bid it, and Steele was the lowest. We didn't go with them because of that, but it ended up being a happy benefit. JP was the estimator and came up with a creative solution when others couldn't. I could have written a glowing review then, and even the county inspector also commented on the quality of workmanship and how it was a high quality installation. What made me decide to write the review was that today, after a snowstorm, and a period of sustained cold, I called them about a humidifier that had started to leak (faulty valve in the unit all covered by warranty) and they had a repair guy there first thing (John), next day, and even early. What makes a good outfit in my opinion is the follow up, and how they treat you after the sale.
We would highly recommend them to anyone who was looking for an HVAC contrator as they were referred to us.

Great customer service!! I spoke with John at Steele Bros Heating last week when our furnace was cycling more that it should. John explained the possible causes and then came out to our house a couple days later. He showed me how to clean the flame sensor and provided some excellent tips regarding operation of the furnace and humidifier. He did not charge anything for his service and even gave us a small humidity and temperature monitor! He called today to follow-up and see if everything was OK. John is extremely knowledgable, very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Steele Bros Heating for any heating or air conditioning service.

John at Steele Bros blew me away recently with his great service. I called Steele Bros when my A/C started tripping my breaker 15+ times per day so I couldn't get my house cooled on these 90 degree days. John was at my house the next morning at 8:30 AM (literally) and was able to diagnose and fix the problem before 11:00 AM. Luckily it wasn't a major issue with the A/C so the fix was easier than I thought it would be. Nonetheless, I am super grateful for John and the Steele Bros team. They will be my go-to for any/all future HVAC needs.

I had a new furnace installed this morning, January 11, 2019 by Steele Brothers. Rich Bersch, sales associate, visited with me and explained all of the options to replace my 22 year old furnace. Today, in the snow which they shoveled to get safely into my driveway, Oswaldo and Adrian installed my new furnace. They put down drop cloths to protect my carpet and proceeded to get the job done. Great job by all and I would highly recommend.

After getting estimates from 3 different companies I decided on Steele Bros. Heating. They gave me the best product and price. The unit was installed by Oswaldo and Adrian who were very professional and friendly. They were replacing my old A/C unit with a new unit. It turned out that the old unit was too large for the size of my home so it was not energy efficient. Rather than replace the old unit with one of equal size, they made sure to replace it with the correct size making it a more energy efficient product. Their job was far superior to the job on the previous unit. Everything is nice and neat now. They even installed a sleeve on the side of the furnace to hold paperwork for the furnace, A/C and hot water heater. I'm very happy with their work and I highly recommend them!!

These are the guys you want when it comes time to add onto or upgrade your hvac system. I hired them to install a/c to my excising ductwork and replace and upgrade the furnace at the same time. The finished product turned out above my expectations; it’s very apparent these guys take pride in their work by the extra time they took to cleanly route wiring, ducting, a/c lines, and the outdoor electrical. I’m an extremely picky guy and I wouldn’t hesitate to have these guys back out if I ever needed additional work done. Superior for and finish. The gentleman who came out to give the quote was on time and professional, and in the everything came in at the quoted cost with no surprise charges. The crew that did the installation were on time and very professional. Overall I’m very impressed with them and highly recommend them if your in need this type of service.

Steele Brothers installed a new Armstrong (Lennox) furnace (80% efficiency to avoid reconfigured venting, but to replace a 45 year old pilot-lit, less efficient, though reliable Rheem.) To that, I added a first-time AC: a 16 SEER, 3-ton, two stage unit from Armstrong that was significantly higher in efficiency and significantly lower in cost than either of the other reputable bidders. My home is a 1740 square feet bi-level.

The two-man crew was respectful, masked up and finished the work in about six hours, then instructed me on the setup and use of the Wifi accessible thermostat.

Now the really sweet part; with recording breaking heat in the first full week of September the AC ran intermittently for 5-6 hours at a comfortable 74 degrees. The condenser had very high ratings (4.9) from other homeowners and is slightly audible outside but at far fewer decibels than the window unit we had been using for hours each day. A special shout out to Tom Swartz, sales, (very responsive and insightful), the crew, and Bo in the office for providing some after-the-sale specifications for rebate purposes. Harlen Thornton

We used them to install new duct work and a new island range hood. Many of the local HVAC contractors that we contacted said they could not help us (or refused to install the range hood). But Steele Bros sent out a very helpful tech who guided us thru the whole process. He and his team were able to put in the new duct work and install the range hood.

Great service all around! I had a new furnace and AC installed that required adding new ducting upstairs as well as 2 returns. This was no small task but the install team led by Mauricio with Adrian and Oswaldo were able to get it done and most importantly get it done right, the first time. Even upon hitting road blocks due to the house's construction they were still able to find a way. They arrived early and stayed late and even came back to finish the job on a Saturday. Mauricio made sure I understood every step of the process and was comfortable with the changes to the plan before moving forward. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from every single member of Steele Bros. My house now has excellent air flow and the furnace/AC combo Bill suggested is performing very well.
