What a Rare Pleasure to have a Professional Technician Show up On Time, with Booties and a Mask!! He was Personable, Courteous and obviously We’ll Trained. He repaired our Furnace, all the while explaining the problem and the Fix. He even replaced our Filter with a Brand New one! Professionalism and Quality Technicians are sadly becoming a thing of the past, so to have ‘Jon Cassel’ show up was such a breath of fresh air!!! I highly recommend Steele Heating for all of your Furnace problems!!

Steele Bros. Heating, Inc. is awesome! We recently had our flat roof re-done and they came out to install new ductwork for our kitchen and bathroom ventilation systems. They also installed two bathroom fans. It was tricky getting the ductwork installed in the kitchen, because there was a joist in the way, but the installer managed to attach an elbow inside the ceiling in order to run it in a vertical position inside the cupboards. They also did a great job coordinating the installation with the electrician and the roofers all on the same day. They are courteous and professional and they did a fantastic job! I highly recommend them!

I had a new furnace put in. The individual never came back to finish the job. I called
Steele Brothers they sent their installers our right away. I was so glad it is going to get cold
Soon. They were great about it. My fault for not calling Steele Brothers in the 1st place.

I had multiple companies come out to give me quotes on a new AC. Steele Bros was knowledgeable and informative, professional, and thorough. The salesman took measurements of the rooms in my house to make sure they put in for the right AC unit to cool the entire house.

Was quoted one price and after the technician completed work was charged 300.00 more. Felt taken advantage of and feel that this was done purposefully to make more money. I called and verified what the work order said and was told that it was written for cleaning and inspection which is what we asked for and the price I was quoted. On top of that our “quiet” system sounds like and airplane is taking off from our home. We will see if they fix the new issue. Will update you but for now BEWARE!

This evening my husband noticed our furnace wasn't running well. We purchased a new furnace & AC from Steele Brothers a couple years ago so my husband put a call into them. John called us back. We just had a blizzard blow thru and John suggested to clear the exhaust and walked my husband through the fix.

After becoming increasingly frustrated with the service techs from the company that originally installed the extensive and sophisticated (8500 sf) snowmelt system at our home, I reached out to Steele Brothers HVAC in early December. I spoke with Dave Donahoe, the company owner, and he arranged a complimentary appointment to meet me at my home with several of his team members who are certified and well versed in residential and commercial snowmelt systems. Within 10 minutes of the Steele Brother’s team arrival and review of my system, I knew I had finally found knowledgeable technicians who truly understand all the components of a snowmelt system. Kevin and Steve went through the various settings on my system, set them appropriately (as many of them were not set correctly by our former HVAC company) and took the time to go through each setting with me to be sure I understood them. Kevin and Steve then proceeded to run my system through several tests, inspected my snowmelt boiler for gas leaks (which we had experienced in the past), and verified through multiple tests that our boiler and our Tekmar snowmelt controls were in sync and effectively communicating with one another. Dave and his service pros were at my home for about an hour and accomplished more for me in that one hour than what was ever accomplished by our former company over the course of multiple and more lengthy service calls.

After the visit from Steele Brothers HVAC, we experienced two snowfalls during which our snowmelt system worked efficiently and perfectly. An added and unexpected bonus was that after each snow fall, Dave Donahoe called me to verify that our system functioned as desired with no issues.

Steele Brothers HVAC has provided me with outstanding service. I am elated to have found such a knowledgeable, professional, and experienced local HVAC company that I am confident can effectively service and maintain my snowmelt system. I highly recommend this company!

After initial inspection of my non-functioning furnace, Steele Bros. Heating Inc. recommended I replace costly parts. I trusted the technician and approved the work. After no one showed up o three appointments in a row, without calling to reschedule with me, I decided to call Steel T. They performed the repair the next day without having to replace any parts and my furnace is now functioning properly.

I had Oswaldo and Adrian install an AC unit and the furnace. They were very professional and completed the work in five and a half hours. I'm very impressed. Great company and great employees!

I had Steele Brothers come out and install a new AC system in my house and replace my heater. Their installers were professional and timely. The office staff answered all of my questions and were very knowledgeable about what I needed. Thanks guys and gals!
