Had a new thermostat installed incorrectly and furnace wouldn't stay on. House was 46 degrees last night. Dimitri came to the rescue within 2 hours. It's an airbnb with guests arriving in one day. I went from a dire situation to everything corrected and system working and sigh of relief! I would recommend Heatwave whole heartedly!

Honest, fast and reliable!! After another local company telling us we needed a new furnace, we got a second opinion from Heatwave. SO GLAD WE DID! We did not need a new furnace, just a new part. I highly recommend Heatwave Heating & Cooling. My condenser broke down and the fan was not working. Dimitri looked at my entire system which is 12 years old. He gave me some great suggestions and things to watch, due to the age and the overall system starting to exceed its useful life. But he stated there was no need to replace the entire unit now, as my unit will continue to operate well. He mentioned we will just repair it as the individual parts go out. He fixed the part and we were back up and running with no issues. He is a top notch professional who treated the unit and my house like it was his own. Dimitri is a professional who has tons of knowledge in the heating and a/c business and did only those repairs that were needed. I am very particular in who I recommend and my expectations are high in that they do an outstanding job. Heatwave Heating & Cooling and Dimitri exceeded those expectations and they are on the top of my list for any of my clients, friends, or family members who need a HVAC repair company.

Dimitri was extraordinary. Responded quickly, came by promptly, did a full inspection of the issue I was having with the heating, and gave me really excellent advice that ended up saving me a ton of money even though it meant less business for him on that visit. When you make a big investment for something like a furnace and AC, you are naturally skeptical of what you are being told. My experience with Dimitri and HeatWave has been nothing but positive! In 2018, we replaced our AC with a unit from him. He educated us on what to consider, and his estimate was very far. The work was done on time and the everything has been positive since. In January of this year, we had to replace the furnace. Dimitri had been upfront back in the summer of 2018 that we probably didn't have a lot left in the current unit. But he also encouraged us to stick with the current unit until then. He wasn't "sales-y." We had a similar positive experience with the whole HeatWave team when they replaced our furnace this winter. Hands down a class act.

You will not find better than Dimitri and the people at HeatWave! He is not only knowledgeable, timely and professional, but extremely ethical and genuinely cares about helping people. Dimitri is a true professional. Very competitive pricing and outstanding work. I did HVAC for a living years ago - and I'm incredibly picky about the details - so is Heatwave. Cleaned up even better than it was when they did the duct and humidifier work for me. Would not hesitate calling them again or recommending.
