Another great experience with Dimitri.
Texted him in the morning with A/C issues. By lunch time A/C was fixed and running.
The price was way below expected and work was top-notch. This guy is just AMAZING.

I wish I could Dimitiri 10 stars! I called him yesterday and told him our air wasn't cold. He told me that his day was so busy, but he could probably squeeze me in at 5 or 6 that night. I said thank you, but we wouldn't be home, so he offered to come today. He put me down for the 12-3 time frame. I don't know about you, but I find it difficult to plan a day when you're waiting for a service call in a three hour window. Well, our door bell rang at 11:57 am today. Not only was he on time, but he was early! He had nothing to go on, took one look and immediately fixed our problem! Turns out the unit was set up wrong! As other Yelp reviews have stated, he came in and fixed another company's mistake. He was incredibly nice and professional and even wore booties in our home as to not get our floors dirty. What an excellent experience! Save your time researching and getting quotes. Go with Dimitri at HeatWave! You won't be disappointed.

Dimitri is a great guy, fixed our AC and didn't charge us. He explained it was a minor fix and described the problem. I will go to Dimitri from now on for HVAC.

I had Applewood come out. Diagnosis was evaporated coil was rusted. Replace everything - $15,000! Next was Lakewood. No diagnosis. Then Dimitri came out and replaced the pump for $300. He is the best!

Have used them for an AC repair and a gas furnace problem. With the latter, Clinton's first fix didn't hold up after he left, so I called them back concerned I was going to have a very cold night. Clinton came back that evening and "re-fixed" it at no extra charge. They show up on time, explain the problems/options, and stand behind their work, and that works for me.

Highly recommend. Dimitri seems honest, respectful ,punctual, and reasonable. I will definitely use his business for future AC needs!
