Called and had a tech out that day! Our AC unit is over 30 years old. The tech could have simply said we need a new one and sold us an expensive replacement. He had the old unit up running in no time. Great service. When we need a new one, only place to call. Heatwave has a loyal customer! Thank you Jake C for a job well done.

Have used Heatwave for a few years now, they're excellent. Everyone that we have dealt with has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We've used them to service and repair our old furnace and central air outdoor a/c until and installation of our new furnace.

They've always been there for us when we needed them most, like an emergency call in a heatwave today when our a/c stopped and they had us up and running again in a few hours and last fall when our old furnace finally quit. Thanks again for everything, we'll certainly be sticking with Heatwave for years to come.

Awesome experience!!! Rob Rivera was the "snake charmer!" During the recent HEATWAVE...no pun intended...he came out and found a snake in our air conditioner.
He replaced a part and everything was fine.
I signed up for the maintenance plan... there was NO PRESSURE! Just seemed to make sense!

Received duct cleaning today, technician was very friendly & professional. It is an all day job but she was efficient. Compared to a few other quotes, the service was on the pricier side but this company came highly recommended and were more flexible with scheduling. Would use them again :)

Repairing a boiler/HWT combi-unit that was put in (apparently improperly2 yrs ago) by another company.
Worker was pleasant efficient and courteous. 2 radiators weren't warming up so he trouble shot why and figured that I need a bigger pump.
Thank you to my son and his friend Julian who referred me to Heatwave. I got an appointment shortly after call- when the original company hadn't responded to multiple calls over 7 months for routine maintenance.

Barry and the guys on the installation team were incredible. I will definitely be using Heatwave again for any future heating and cooling needs I might have.

My wife and I did a lot of research and received a lot of quotes, not only was Heatwave the most competitive, they were hands down the most friendly and honest we encountered.

From scheduling the estimate to discussing options with the sales associate to installation of the new furnace - every step of the way was a great experience. Each employee we worked with was professional and friendly. The work was well done and the installer (Luis) did a fantastic job double checking everything and explaining components of the new system.
