Heatwave Heating & Cooling

Heat wave got me in within a couple of days of calling with my ac repair just before the 90deg days hit. Tech was very clean and professional. Showed me everything he was doing and was happy to explain any details.

Disappointed in the overall experience. I’m sure the AC will be great, but we were misinformed a number of times along the way, at installation. The follow up and communication was questionable. Brian in sales was great, Anna was great, Melinda was always friendly. But the install team provided us impactful wrong information about how the units in the home were hooked up, that caused a lot of unnecessary grief. Anna came by about two weeks later for our start up and resolved the matter. Just disappointed in this experience when so many people have provided such glowing reviews.

We live in West Seneca, NY and the other day we lost electrical power during the recent ice storm. After approximately 10 hours, and a power surge; our electricity came on, but our water and heating combi wall unit did not. For an additional 12 hours, our home was without heat or hot water.
We were referred to Heatwave Heating and Cooling Company and are so grateful ! This family owned company and their people were absolutely amazing! This company’s provision of expertise service and wonderful care was outstanding. We had a dangerous scenario and these people went above and beyond… to not only repair what was needed and get our heat on, but fought on our behalf to get it done right! They took the time to care for us and our situation with such concern, professionalism, kindness, and honesty.

First off, I do not usually take the time to write reviews but I felt I needed to after we had service done today. They were right on time, professional, courteous and reasonable. Our furnace was 23 years old and we knew one day we would have to pay "out the nose" for a replacement but kept putting it off. Well, the day came when we needed to replace it. Barry was excellent and friendly and more than accommodating by phone and in person. Luis was very nice and even put little bootie things on before coming in the house (even though I told him he didn't have to!) Bonus: We did not pay out the nose...it was more than reasonable! I would HIGHLY recommend Heatwave at all levels and they will no doubt be our "go to" to HVAC going forward! We are now warm and cozy thanks to Heatwave!

We have used Heatwave for almost 5 years now. They initially installed our ductless AC/Heating system and we were so happy we started using them to service our existing boiler. A couple years later, we wanted more ductless AC units and didn’t bother shopping around… we went right back to Heatwave. Their techs are always friendly and knowledgeable (special shout-out to Jake…. He’s been here twice and REALLY knows his stuff!) and their customer service is exceptional (lookin at you, Melinda!). Seriously, this company is just wonderful …. I can’t recommend them enough!

Technician came out within 24 hours of me calling, was professional, and got my AC unit working same day. Excellent, would use again.

My positive experience started from the first time someone answered my call, which was right away. I didn’t have to wait for a call back!! I received a very kind and polite conversation. They were able to get someone out same day. I didn’t get the tech’s name, but she was really good. She spent a lot of time laser focused on testing and analyzing the problem. She explained the issue and gave me options to consider. I would highly recommend Heatwave if you need HVAC service.

We had Kenny Davis as our tech, he was knowledgeable and was very thorough in finding our leak, he took his time and informed us all the work he did!

We had Heat Wave Heating and Cooling replace our furnace and air conditioner unit. The whole process from obtaining the estimate to installation was stress free and easy. Everyone we talked to was friendly, professional and helpful.

The Installation was performed on time and professionally. We had a minor issue the day after installation and they responded within hours of our call. They even helped with my rebate application.

I would highly recommend Heat Wave to anyone looking to replace a furnace or air conditioner. I wish to thank them for their help.
