Jake Castricone, @ Heatwave, did a great job diagnosing and repairing my furnace. He's very knowledgeable, professional, and is always trying to do his best for the customer.

Jake came by for a thermostat installation, and because he was thorough with checking every single part of my furnace to make sure it was operating properly before he left, he noticed that it was overheating, and was able to give me a resolution. The owners are great people I have worked with them in the past, and I can say they are second to none in this category. Strongly recommend you give them a call

Purchased my furnace, AC, tankless water heater, and thermostat a few years ago. Today my thermostat went off line. Robin gave me directions to restart it and I was getting warm again within 2 minutes. Thanks so much.

After having 2 other companies come out to quote a new furnace and A/C replacement (we are without heat and repairs are too costly at this point) we were still left feeling uneasy and confused about what we needed. Brian came out last minute on a Friday instead of going home for the night. He was amazing! He explained everything so well and educated us on what we needed and why we needed it. At no point did we feel like he was selling anything to us, in fact he explained why we didn't need more costly units. After hearing the final quote and feeling like we were getting more knowledgeable service with better equipment (Trane compared to Ameristar) it was a no brainer to go with Heatwave. The icing on the cake was that Brian had already called the owner Robin on his way to let her know that he had an emergency no heat quote that they may need to squeeze in as early as possible next week. They'll be here on Tuesday. If that isn't amazing customer service, I have no idea what is!

Excellent to work with! Very knowledgeable and straight forward with what needed to be worked on and what it was going to take to repair our HVAC. Jake did a great job explaining everything and answering any questions we had. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again should something come up in the future.
