Ace Hi Plumbing & Heating

We hired Ace Hi Plumbing because we were updating 2 bathrooms and wanted to change our fixtures and therefore needed new rough-ins for 2 showers, a roman tub, and a new fan installed.

From what I can tell, the quality of the work looks good. However, their lack of professionalism and high prices will prevent me from ever using them again or recommending them.

We have been busy remodeling our home and have used a lot of trades, Ace Hi Plumbing has far been the least professional. Right away they came into the house and decided to blast their radio as loud as possible. I would of minded less if they simply asked or even kept the radio to an acceptable level. What really amazed me about their lack of professionalism is that they constantly tried to have us change what we wanted because it would be easier. For example, part of the job was to install a new rough in our roman jetted tub. Several times they tried to have us move the current faucet locations because it would be "easier". In the end we refused and got what we wanted but their constant complaining left us regretting our plumbing choice. Another example of their lack of professionalism is that they did not bring a 2x4 to complete the job, even though they came by a few days earlier and I explained everything that needed to be done. Since they did not have a 2x4 they decided to search my garage for an extra 2x4. This went on for about 45 minutes which of course I was charged for.

While the work was completed, it cost $1372.20.

I will not be using Ace Hi again.

Rick, Shawn, and their crews are AMAZING. They are fast, honest, reliable, and most importantly knowledgeable. We built a new home and they installed and hooked up all of our gas lines, water lines, installed our tankless water heater, furnace and a/c. They also got our septic system hooked up. If we ever have a question about anything they answer quickly. 100% recommend them to anyone who is looking for legit heating and cooling experts.

I called ACE Hi after finding a line under my sink had ruptured and I had water running under my kitchen floor. They were very professional and were at my house within 40 minutes. They repaired the break quickly and the cost was very reasonable. I would recommend Ace Hi to anyone!

Ace Hi is a first rate organization. They completed repairs to my broken pipe very quickly and left me with a feeling of a job well done.
I hope I do not need them again but if I have a plumbing problem they will be my first call.

Mark got to work right away when he arrived, was very knowledgeable and told us everything he knew about what was wrong (which was really nothing). He also cleaned one of the pipes that had to do with the heating and didn’t charge us for it. Overall, it was a good visit and I recommend these guys to anyone who has a plumbing or heating problem.

Rick and Nick were able to diagnose and solve a serious and fundamental plumbing issue. We'd spent two years and over a $1,000 on plumbing, heating, ducts and vents service calls with other companies without a solution. Rick pondered the engineering fix and Nick did the heavy lifting. They replaced substandard pipes, innovated solutions and corrected the flaws. They are professional, trustworthy, competent and incredibly skilled. We can't thank them enough. We thank and salute them!

We have used Ace Hi many times and we can't say enough on how They have taken care of us! We had to have a new furnace...With this Covid virus its not easy to get equipment as fast as you need it. Well Ace Hi pulled through and got us our furnace put in before the snow storm! Quality and professional work and we won't use anyone else!!! Thanks again Ace Hi... Dan and Carla Schwartz

I should be mad Ace Hi stood us up for 2 out of the 3 services we had scheduled with them. However, I saved hundreds of dollars off what they were going to charge when Drain Doctor and Poudre Valley Air came and bailed us out instead.

We were scheduled for an HVAC service and a sewer jetting at 4. At 3, someone calls and says they can't do the HVAC service today but they can come back in 5 days and do it. OK, whatever, that's annoying but we'll make it work. He then calls back 15 minutes later to say the plumber will now be at our house at 4:15, and confirms if someone will be home. My husband confirms yes, we will be home. Well, 15 minutes before the appt someone else starts calling my husband who was unable to answer his phone. My husband calls back at about 4:15, and they refuse to send anyone out because he didn't answer the third call, even though we confirmed we would be home the first two phone calls! Then come Saturday, no call/no show for the rescheduled HVAC service.

Rick did an exceptional job! I'll keep using Ace Hi, since they always go above and beyond "the minimum" and take great care of my plumbing and heating needs.

Ace Hi was great! We had a last minute issue with a private underground utility line locate. I called late Friday afternoon to see if they could help. Kyle was out the next morning early to solve our issue. He was very courteous and professional and charged less than quoted over the phone! I will be using Ace Hi again. Thanks kyle!
