Ace Hi Plumbing & Heating

We had a sink drain that was completely stopped up. Kyle, from Ace Hi, arrived within 1/2 hour of our phone call. He diagnosed the problem, went right to work and cleaned up before he left. He also gave us good advice to prevent future problems. Thanks.

No complaints. Quick and professional. The board on my Navien tankless went out on last friday pm. I work nights, called Ace Hi. Rick showed up with the correct board and in 1 hour we had hot water. Not Bad.

My furnace went out, we called them they had no openings but they said if they have room someone would come out. They called and had someone come to our home and a guy fixed it and said we might need another piece fixed. The furnace wasn't working so I called them later that night and they called the next morning ordered the part we needed and he fixed it today.

I would NEVER call them again. I ask for a back flow and a vacuum breaker for a sprinkler system. I was quoted $400.00 to $600.00 tops! I already said no to a plumber I had before because he was $800.00 and they gave me a lower price....until they got to the house that is.
The sprinkler system person told me $800.00 was too high. He said it cost $400.00 To $500.00 generally. Once the guy got to the house he said it would be more for the vacuum breaker. He said she had not quoted that. I am sure she did. I felt I was in a rut and paid them what they now wanted...$800.00. The gal who gave me the initial quote did not call me back. However, she was talking to the contractor about it. I told him I was not happy, but go ahead. Later, I got ahold of the gal who gave me the original quote, who denied that I ask for the vacuum breaker. She told me I just wanted to be difficult and she said my sprinkler system contractor should pay for it because she said they usually do it. The plumber told me that the company sits the price...the wo.an who gave name the quote said he determines the price. He then told me labor is $139.00 per hour. I told him I would not have hired him had I known that. They would not lower their price at all. Unfortunately, At that time they knew they had me.

Excellent service and staff. Work addressed quickly and efficiently. Definitely NOT recommend this company.
After getting a quote for the job, the job was left unfinished. The company demanded more money to finish the work, saying they "underbid" the work. Had to hire someone else to finish the job.

Ace Hi came out to take a look at my leaking pipe right away. They brought the right parts and expertise to get the job done. They were fairly priced and I will use them again. Thanks Ace Hi!

I manage a venue called the Majestic on 4th Ave in Loveland. The hot water heater went out, and I called ACE. Not only did he arrive promptly, but he also snaked the sink upstairs without charging me! Friendly, kind and personable as well! A top notch plumbing service for Loveland, Colorado! I love that they are family owned too!

Ace Hi had to come twice for a main water line leak. The first repair they did broke. Major leak the second time. Flooded yard and downhill neighbor's yard. Ace Hi had no other 'digger' and didn't feel it urgent enough so it stayed like that for a couple days short of 3 weeks. They didn't show for the original day they were supposed to come back and instead came the following day which was my daughter's highschool graduation day. Broke my fence, tree and left mud all over my house. Unbelievable lack of regard for my time or my property. They also came back on my property after I told their office and my park manager that I didn't want them on my property again. Left a huge patch of dirt in my yard (much bigger then original hope hence killing grass) and closed the bottom of the chain link fence they left open, thankfully, but left the top undone and broken. Choose another company

I used Ace on a major root issue in my line. Very professional and fairly priced. Impressed by Kyle ( the serviceman), he got the job done professionally and on time. I recommend these guys
