Ace Hi Plumbing & Heating

Discovered that our kitchen sink drain pipe was leaking behind the wall. We got quotes from a couple of plumbers and we chose Ace. The repair was a bit complicated because a previous remodel left the drain pipe threading through the back of a corner lazy susan cabinet with a narrow door opening. Adam (of Ace Hi) was able to make a minimal hole to the back of the cabinet to cut out the old pipe and install a new drain pipe in less than 2 hours. It cost less than 1/2 of what the highest quote was. Adam was very informative and showed that the old pipe had actually split where the other plumbers thought it was a bad joint at a 90 degree elbow.

I needed a dryer vent installed. Very prompt response. Came out that day and gave an estimate. Arrived early a few days later for installation. Very professional. Obviously know what they are doing. Rick the owner is friendly, fun and very efficient. Total bill was $350 less than estimate because they finished early. Even did a toilet repair before leaving. I wish I had used them years before now. Absolutely outstanding service.

We recently had a flood in our basement and we were lucky enough to work with Rick and the Ace Hi team. Rick demonstrated remarkable efficiency in addressing the problem. He wasted no time in assessing the situation and devising an effective plan of action. His prompt response alleviated much of the stress we were experiencing due to the flooding. It was evident that Rick understood the urgency of the matter and took immediate action to mitigate further damage. Good company and GREAT workers. Would definitely recommend!

I absolutely LOVE Ace High, so much so that they are now saved in my contacts.

I called them at the beginning of summer (while I was on vacation) because my sewage backed up on my pet sitter 2x while I was gone.

They were so easy, and effortless to work with. They came right away (both times) and I have had them back multiple times since, for I needed a new sewage line and etc.

With all the work they have done this year for me, I have had the pleasure to meet almost their entire staff, and I couldn't be more grateful. They are good, honest, and down to earth.

My only complaint is that they didn't invite me to their holiday work party! But such is life!

I’ve used Ace Hi for a few years, sink issues. Recent drain clog became a major repair of rotted pipes under my basement, and 5 drains -all needing replacement. Ace Hi scheduled repair over 3 days, ahead of a big freeze and Christmas-on time, cement work coordinated, managed by Nick on site each day-protected furnace and hot water heater, furniture ,walls, etc from dust, amazing work, hustle and incredible value. Cleaned up everything-honest, awesome attitudes, excellent work. Thanks to a great crew and Shawn who explained everything -sent space heaters, protected carpets and kitchen floor-just the best.

Ace Hi Plumbing aced it at our house! They are professional, prompt and knowledgable. I highly recommend this company for pretty much anything in or outside the home that deals with plumbing, or HVAC. We had them out giving us an estimate for a few things in our house, but our biggest concern was our 20-year-old air conditioner which they replaced the next day with a much quieter american-made unit that is energy efficient. Nick and the owner Gary were considerate and helpful with their conversations over the phone and email.

Rick (owner) came out and worked on my boiler heating system. He did a complete and thorough job and had the job completed in a timely manner.
I have used Rick and Ace High for the past 10 years on several occasions, everything from small jobs to main water line replacement! He and his team have always done a great job, focusing on the quality of the job completed!
