Ace Hi Plumbing & Heating

I have used Ace Hi for both my residential plumbing needs and the commercial needs of our church. Shawn is excellent at scheduling and ordering and all of the installers are top notch. They keep things clean and keep you updated. Great company.

My wife and I have worked with Ace Hi on three different projects in our home, and we've been very impressed with their work on each occasion. The technicians were excellent, and the work was completed in a timely fashion for a fair price. Dog friendly folks as well :)

Can’t say enough positives about Rick, Shawn and Garrett with Ace Hi Plumbing. I live in Estes Park and got no response from 3 other companies when I had a plumbing emergency! I got nothing but answering machines BUT Shawn actually answered the phone! What a concept! Prompt-reasonable price-efficient and so friendly! Thank you for the great service! Life long customer now! They even helped me find help with floor restoration!

Couldn't be happier with their customer service. Last year we had a tankless water heater installed for our summer home, Ace Hi was reasonably priced and walked us through step by step for the rebate. Then earlier this month a neighbor said they may be hearing it more than they have in the past. Our daughter called Ace Hi and they sent someone out at no charge, understanding that this was more for our piece of mind than anything. Busy as they are, they sent a friendly gentleman out to check the water heater knowing that they would find nothing wrong. We are so happy we went with this local company, their caring shows!

This is the best Plumbing Company in Loveland. They were very prompt and figured out what my plumbing problem was and had it fixed in a timely manner. Kyle went the extra step to fix something that the builder had done wrong years ago so that in the future that would not be a problem again. They are very clean and organized. I would highly recommend this company.

I am very happy with Ace Hi. I have used them for my semi-annual services for heating and cooling, and they also installed my hot water tank. Everyone I have dealt with has been pleasant, professional and done their best to get everything right. The most recent call was for this year's cooling check and service. Michael came (he did last spring's as well) and he not only worked diligently, he was polite (took his shoes off after he'd been out to the condenser) but he explained everything he was doing as he did the work, so I knew the state of each part of the system. That sort of service matters to me - I can trust someone who proves they know what they are doing, and that means I can trust the company who employs him.

I came home from work to find my yard flooded by a burst pipe. I called the City of Loveland to have them shut off the water. The city worker highly recommended Ace Hi plumbing, heating, and air. The Ace crew came to my house and fixed the issues quickly with the utmost care & professionalism. I was very impressed and will be call them if I ever need anything again in the future. I just had Kyle from Ace High Plumbing come in and replace an improperly done kitchen drain system that has been a clogging problem for years. My only regret is not having called then sooner. Kyle arrived on time, early actually, he was quick to understand the problem and went about redoing it properly. I appreciate the fast, professional service, and Kyle's great attitude. They will be the first people I call any time I have plumbing problems. A big thumbs up to Kyle and the rest of the team at Ace High.

I ordered a new water heater from Lowes and they contracted Ace Hi to do the installation.

Alex and Aaron showed up to start the job at 1:50pm. Scheduled time was between 2 and 4pm. So good job for punctuality. They were professional, courteous, and cordial. They had the job all completed by 3:00pm. They went over the safety features and operation of the new water heater. They also went over the safety inspection results (Combustion test, CO2 test and incoming water pressure test) with me. Everything was in spec.

My experience with Ace Hi was very positive.
